We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenOur room was got super hot in the morning but at least it was quiet. Choosing between the heat and restaurant noise feels like a choice between pest and cholera!
The guesthouse is an old school with access to a large gym room, communal showers, kitchen and washing machines. The place looks like my own elementary school used to do in the nineties! It's located in a quiet area of Gotland with the restaurant downstairs functioning as the meeting point for locals and tourists alike. Manager is really friendly and it's a convenient stop over if you're travelling along the coast. Decent value too considering the inflation of prices on the island.

SwedenOur room, especially the mattresses were unfortunately not very clean. I guess that is is due to the fact that guests can choose to clean the room themselves, saving 200 SEK. Had been great if the host had double checked whether our room was ok cleaned by prior guests before giving it to new guests. Our room was very drafty and the first night it was a high pitched noise from the wind coming from the door/hallway.
Location and the restaurant are good. Super that they have a gym room where one can play table tennis. Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room, good kitchen and big dining room.
