You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast could be eaten at any time. Coffee and tea all day. Lovely area in the forrest by the water.

In the outskirts of the city, middle in the forest, Internet connection from heaven. Super nice host Couple. The livingroom looks like something from a luxury villa. Easy take rself breakfast and delicious, Just a really excellent place and very good hosts. I totally recommend. The livingroom also had the biggest mirror I have ever seen, Just WOW. They only rent out two rooms making this a very intimate visit.

United StatesThe room (and the whole place) was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The host/staff were friendly and extraordinarily helpful, the Swedish breakfast was generous, wifi was strong and the location was beautiful. There's a walking/biking path right by the property and it enjoyed walking on the trail and down to the water. I enjoyed having breakfast on the deck. Thank you for the extra help!

Netherlandsthe beds are incredibly bouncy / not good for a bad back. the shower can be cramped and the floor in the bathroom can get wet cause the curtain doesn’t go all the way down.
You are located next to a big lake, the room with bathroom is spacious, and gets cleaned every day. the staff (Gunnar mainly) is so so so kind and sweet, you can ask for anything. the kitchen and dining room is perfect, you have boardgames to play, and can even watch some Netflix on a big tv with comfy couches. breakfast gets delivered in the evening so you can eat whenever you want to, early or late. the neighbors are friendly too and have some information on wildlife and walking routes. They provide extra pillows if needed and will put names on ‘your things’ from breakfast. its all fair and equal.
