I can’t fault this hotel. Everything about it was beautiful and thoughtfully plan. Plugs all over the facilities to charge phone just screams connivence everywhere.

Hotel was beautifully decorated right throughout, staff were always happy and smiling, they issue outstanding service. Breakfast and spa was beautiful.

the water pressure of the shower and no full size mirror in my room but those things are down to preference.

amazing staff, interior and restaurants. the JQ room had a lovely view (17th floor) and a huge bed. casting into the tv was extremely easy. drinks and food was all very fairly priced and breakfast was fine for what it was.

I chose a room with no window to avoid the disturbance of light and street noise in the morning (as the hotel is not on a busy street, I don't think street noise would have been an issue). It was a really great room, that had everything needed. It also had a desk which is useful if you travel for work. However, there were many opportunities to sit in the hotel. It had unique spaces for everything; relax, work, bars, entertainment. Very good breakfast and a really good restaurant with a spectacular decor and view (I tried the asian). Just really a 10/10 experience. Adding pictures of the room without windows as I couldn't find any myself before booking.

The rooms were not as nice as the rest of the hotel, we were not shown the hotel, literally had to figure out where everything was ourselves. And had to ask where to locate the lift upon arrival. Felt as though they catered more to guests without toddlers and we were just extras. And also nothing for birthdays even though asked pre-arrival!

A lot to do in the hotel, beautiful hotel outside the rooms. The restaurant/bar staff were lovely.

I liked very much how we got greeted at reception. It's quite easy to book a parking spot in the parking house next to hotel. We were travelling with medium sized dog and got very positive surprised when staff came with dog bed,blanket,bowl for water and doggy goodies 🤩🥰 Room was very stylish, clean and with nice view. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. There is plenty of activities that you can do on ground floor, like table tennis, billiard and couple more 😉 and they are good in making drinks in the bar 😋

We were here for 5 nights and breakfast was the same without changes every morning, for 5star hotel this shouldnt be the case, its not a big deal tho! Overral amazing wuality breakfast

Amazing room and even bater value for money, incredibly comfortable room with amazing staff! Lobby has great vibes and there is 8pool and many more games to enjoy your free time with good drink! Definetely coming again!

Only thing I could fault was there being no ventilation in the room. The windows don't open.

Lovely atmosphere, great breakfast included with our stay. Staff were friendly. Lobby was lovely to relax in. Room was great, the bed was super comfy and the shower was incredible.

We had to learn that not all views are from the rooms are great, due to the high building next to the hotel.

The large double room was spacious and great to spend some time in. We had a good view from the 15th floor. Also shoutout to Anna at reception for making us feel welcome and make sure we can spend a enjoyable anniversary at the Hotel. Overall we liked the style of the hotel and drew some interior inspiration from the restaurant in the ground floor :)

I loved the interior, the inside of the hotel was stunning. I loved the aesthetics and the vibe. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. My room came with breakfast which tasted really good. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Hotel was really nice modern comfortable clean everything youd except from 5* hotel , breakfast was really good. Only downside was the pool you had to pay 80£ for a couple but it was still good.

The room could be bigger due to the price. The room view was the big office building in front I could see people working and I know they can see into the rooms too.

The Lobby and the meeting room's decoration is unique. It has an vibe between elegant but very modern and relaxed. The elevators are great when you just pick the floor and are assigned to an elevator so no need to stop on every floor. The Gogogaga bar at floor 24 has a great ambience and cocktails.

I think it’s a bit too confusing. Seems to be a lot happening in the building. Many people coming in and out. Just like a central market. Not my usual style but ofc this is just my opinion A bit far from the tram. Missed an early train because we couldn’t get Uber/bolts and it’s about 10 mins walk to the nearest tram. That’s not convenient if you’ve got suitcases.

Decor, breakfast and gym. The PlayStation in the rooms is a big plus for gamers. Had a good stay overall
