My room was next to the bathroom and there was a lot of noise. Not only due to the bathroom's door, but also due to the piping, when someone was at the bathroom the piping started to sound making difficult to sleep

Sometimes you can hear sound from the corridor and other rooms. Didn't have many internet signal in my room.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel is not very far for the centre so we could go walking everywhere.

Sometimes the network is not very good. There was also a power outage, but the administrator repaired it in time.

The kitchen was small and didn’t have enough things for everyone. There were barely 4 plates and 4 forks.

The shower does not have hot water, so the water I was using was freezing. I called for help and I think they did try to fix it, but it did not work and I had to shower with cold water one more time.

I got a wrong entrance code - please be careful as people can be stuck in front of the door in cold at night.

I didn't like the constant AC (faint cold air blowing at all times), it was quite cold in the room (in November). The walls were quite thin and I could hear other people around me but I had no problems sleeping, although I am a light sleeper. The floorboard squeaked (thankfully not next to the bed but only next to the door) - even when someone was walking in the room next to me, my floor squeaked too. Wifi had some trouble connecting but it worked great when connected. Not enough tables at breakfast so I took the food to my room to eat.

Good location - metro, shops and coffee places nearby, Gamla Stan in walking distance. Very friendly staff, I got to check in one hour earlier than expected. The breakfast (8-9:30 am) was basic but sufficient (stuff for sandwiches, juice, jam, boiled eggs, some fruit and more). Spacious private bathroom, shower had very hot water. At night after 8 pm you get in with a code. The bed was comfortable, two pillows and one warm blanket. Three towels provided for one person. One ceiling lamp and one smaller reading lamp next to the bed.

The bathrooms are small and not enough sinks as people tend to stay a lot of time in them.

The location is good, you can use the elevator near the hostel to go to Gamla. The breakfast was good.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbouring rooms talking and footsteps really clearly. You absolutely need earplugs. Shared bathroom could be nicer also.
