The receptionist was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. She showed us to our room and made sure we were settled. Towels were supplied in the room. Room was very spacious for a 3 people sharing. Showers were private and plenty of them! 20 minute ish walk to train station which was ideal!

When I am in Sweden I always have to remember that good customer service is not high on the list of things that are valued. While most of the staff at this business were friendly and helpful enough, there is always some aspect of welcoming that is missing--and this place was no exception. One front desk staff member was downright surly--but not in a charming way. They did their jobs, but like many Swedish customer service people, they could use some training on how most people from the rest of the world (especially from Thailand, or the Middle East or North America) expect to be treated in the hospitality industry.

It is called "Hotel N Hostel", but it is very luxurious for a hostel. There was never a wait for the bathroom, the rooms were big, and the kitchen/dining area was so super clean and cozy, with everything you need! It was all very organized.

There was a misunderstanding that we thought it's a 24 hour open facility. It wasn't. We arrived about 7:00 in the morning and since we were not informed about the key code we had to wait about 30 minutes until it opened.

The breakfast was really good, like a 3-4 star hotel's. The staff was always kind and helpful, exceeding our expectations. Since we left early in the morning after our stay they provided us sandwiches to eat on our road and when we asked to pay for it, they said "you're our guests".

Rooms were spacious with fun decoration. The shower and toilets were great, separated for convenience. Located fairly close to the main strip of shops but about 20 mins walk from the central station.

Shower and bathroom facilities were quite basic, could have been cleaner. Room was very basic in furniture with little colour.

Family room was good price for 4, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. Staff were welcoming. Good communal facilities to make use of also, including large kitchen area.

It was 5 minutes frim Triangeln station. Everything is clean and quiet. Dear lady and mister in the reception are wonderful and full of great stories.

Unfortunately my room was facing the street, therefore I noticed the background noise at night. Also, right above my room, I figure there must have been the shower rooms for the floor above, so I got to hear rather funny sounds through the ceiling. But that's alright, I guess I was pretty late with booking, so I'm happy I still got a room in the hostel!

I liked the experience as a whole as it was easy and functional to access. The booking was easy and I approved of the fact that you could opt to pay on the arrival, which gave me some security about having a room but at the same time a lot of freedom in planning my trip. Friendly personal, clean rooms, calm atmosphere, close to the city center.

A very barebones experience. Kitchen wasn't really well equipped, despite being massive with two stoves and fridges. Bedrooms were pretty bare as well, no coat hangers on the clothing shelf. Also for a hostel, odd to not have a proper common room.

Very average hostel. Location was good and price was fair for a private room. Bathrooms were clean, but shared.

The heating in the room was not so great and also the wifi was very bad in the room so we needed to go to the shared facilities for better signal.

The location is great, right in the middle of all the attraction, the room was big, the shared facilities were also good, the staff members were very polite and of service. Overall for two nights stay in the center good value for money.

I noticed that a lot of trash was going into the wrong recycling bins. This is mostly the fault of some guests, but perhaps the recycling instructions could have been clearer.

The locations is very great, near the city center. The breakfast is good, variety of food. You can leave your luggage at the hotel if you arrive earlier.

Someone broke the fire alarm and therefore it randomly went on a few times. The noise was obnoxious and gave my friend and I quite the heart attacks every time it went off. But luckily the owner got it fixed quite fast and we could sleep peacefully.

The air was a bit dry in our room so we did have opened window most of the time while we were in the room. And the soundproof insulation between walls doesn't exist at all. You could hear everything in the night. These two things didn't make our sleeping at best, but nevertheless we would come back to this hostel if our travels bring us to Malmo again.

The position of this hostel if perfect for tourists as it is close to the city center, railway station and many other landmarks. We were satisfied with the size of room, hygiene of toilet and shower, facilities and the warmth in our room. Breakfast was nice, nothing special, usual for the hostels, but they have shared kitchen witch you can use anytime which is a big plus, even though we didn't use it. I have to sat a big thank you to the people working at reception because they were all very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this hostel.
