Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in is at 16:00, and if you want to check in earlier you have to pay an extra SEK125 per hour. I had booked a superior double room, but the room I got looked more like a budget double room.

The room was very plain and the general cleaning was not the best. Stains on the table in the room some mold in the bathroom, no conditioner and the hallway was a bit dirty.
The staff were very helpful and the sauna was great in the room.

The water in the shower was going way beyond the shower's perimeter so you need to be careful. After 3-4 days the breakfast is not that interesting. I cannot understand why there is no real butter in the breakfast, but only mixes with strange oils that give a weird taste.
The room is nice. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is good.

The floor was a bit dirty as we arrived and it would be nice to have slippers in the room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
We loved the beds! The best sleep we’ve had in a while, so that was nice. The room was also big and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. Really liked the breakfast also! And the location for attending a concert at Avicii arena is exceptional!

It was cold in a room. Staff provided us with heater and extra blankets, it was better then, but it would be nicer if the room would be warm from the start. And for that price, I would say that everything should be top notch, but it wasn't.

The room felt dated and dusty. While the room was a good size the bathroom had a ridiculously small sinkI I also found the previous guests room allocation card on top of the thermostat in clear view which suggests that the rooms are not well cleaned. It's a bit of a shame that there are so many games in reception, trying to relax with a beer and hearing Constant table tennis was a mild irritation.
Location is fantastic and easy to get to both by public transport and car. The bar staff were friendly, the food were good and the reception area well set up

The lobby was so stunning, it actually made my room feel a bit plain by comparison. The bare concrete walls with no art and the small TV with limited options left me wishing for a bit more from the space.
Amazing breakfast buffet and a fantastic location! The room was spotless, and the heated bathroom floors completely won me over. The shower was great too! Honestly, for the price, it couldn’t have been better. The ambiance in the lobby was stunning.

The shower in my room was kind of broken, making the hot water feels like room temperature water. It was already cold when I visited Stockholm (around 6-12 Celsius degrees at night & in the morning) making every shower I took quite unpleasant. We told the front desk about it on the first night (Saturday), and they sent the technician on Monday morning which is understandable as they don't work on the weekend. They fixed the hot water eventually but that was the last night we stayed at the hotel.
- The family room was kind of small but overall it's a good value and great choice for a big group of friends. - Front desk was really friendly and helpful. - Hotel has 24hr gym and restaurant/bar on the ground floor that operates til late :) - Breakfast was good and we all really enjoyed it every morning! - Amazing location - 1 min walk to the shopping mall, 5 min to the train station.

initially I was placed in the room x31, but I quickly realized it shares the wall with the elevator, and the elevator ropes were really noisy but the staff changed the room for me no problem. the room was alright, the bed comfy. the hotel lobby is very spacey and well organized, making space for socializing, some play time and work. I was impressed with breakfast options!

No usb or usb 3 chargers in the room. As most people will have a phone, having built in plugs with those ports would be amazing.

We contacted the hotel to reserve parking in advance but they didn't do that and parking was not provided because the parking lot was full. Had to pay 5 times more on a street parking. Housekeeping knocked on a door 9:30 for no reason and waked us up (check out time 12:00)
