The sink was not functional at all. Way too small for people who want to be able to wash their face. Pillows too high.

The view could have been better facing the outside for example. The pillows were a bit worn out, would have liked them to be softer and more fluffy.

The reception was quite busy in the evening since there was only one worker behind the desk checking in people. Later a second personnel came to help. The shower doors in the room didn't close properly which led to a lot of water splashing on the floor outside the glasses.

The breakfast station had many varieties which I loved and food was delicious. Location was superb since I had a concert at the Annexet. The hotel had great facilities including a very decently equipped gym. I am very happy with the experience as a solo traveler

I would say the hotel room was perfect if there was a hair dryer in the room, but this is an only piece I was unsatisfied.

My big thanks for a very polite stuff, accommodation was very good. I really like a comfortable beds and enjoyed of a good breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Not a deal breaker but for the price we were expecting a bit higher standard. It was ok, but not more than that. If you come with a car, book parking before you arrive. When we arrived it was fully booked (my fault) and underground parking of the arena is expensive (300 kr for 24 hours).

As main purpose of our visit to Stockholm was an event in the Avicii arena, the place was the best choice, even if a bit pricey compared to other options further away. We booked a family room and got one on the top floor. Spacious room with two tv's, a balcony, but somewhat limited view. Very comfortable room, we felt welcomed.

We got a room next to the lift and it was very noisy. The staff change room for us as soon as we told them about this tho.

Great location, especially if you are going to an event at Globen or Annexet. We really enjoyed the cocktails at the cocktail bar! Lots to do at the hotel such as table tennis, shuffle board etc.

The bed was very soft and the room had no personality or charm. it was pretty large but felt more like a bed and desk were quickly thrown into an office space.

Basic hotelroom, clean, very quiet. Small breakfast back for early check outers, nothing fansy but at least something, which was nice. Stayed here only one night during Hozier gig, not much time to see actual hotel services. Good bed!

Actually everything went great. Cleanliness can better but you can ask if you want every day a clean room. The staff was great in particular at the bar. The breakfest excellent. Absolut a valeu for your money.

Room could have been less basic and could have had tea coffee on room but this might be more a UK thing!

Stayed here to see Madonna at Tele2 Arena location was perfect. Loved the bar/restaurant reception area it had a brilliant vibe. There is the biggest sports bar opposite which was also fantastic, and literally a 8 min ealk to train station for easy cheap access in main town.
