Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe luggage room was unsupervised, and guests could go in there alone without staff. Felt a bit unsafe to put gear in the room while waiting for the real room (arrived early).
Friendly staff, good room, good breakfast, lively place with good ambiance.

GermanyMy floor (5th) had an odd smell and always needed a vacuuming. I also didn't like the shallow shower. Hate getting ready on a wet floor.
Metro station is a short 7-minute walk, but if you're not there for a concert or game on the Globen Arena, it's far from the action. Bed was comfy. Lobby and lobby amenities were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic!

SwedenThe temparature in the room was a bit too high. Probably due to the floor heating we couldn't turn off even though it was in the middle of the sumer.
Quite busy breakfast area. Less options compared to 2017 when also I stayed here.

FinlandRooms have seen better times. The floors were very worn out and there was dust in the corners.
Perfect location if you're visiting Tele2 or Avicii Arena. Very good breakfast! Usually easy to access with metro but currently it takes some time to reach the hotel because of construction work on metro lines.

DenmarkThe parking situation at the hotel is a nightmare! Clearly not enough for all your guests. Also the receptionist sent us to park in the most expensive parking at the arena. But we found the hotel had a door leading from Parking 3 in the shopping mall into the hotel and that was cheaper to park there. Also I asked for extra towels in our room before we arrived and this was confirmed by email. - We didn't have extra towels in our room. I had to go and get from the busy reception at 8pm on the day we arrived.
Rooms were great. Very clean! No noise in the hallways! Breakfast was also great.

BelgiumUpon arrival, we parked the car (very briefly) on one of the hotel parking spots to check in. The P-automat was covered up so we didn't get the impression we had to pay and we weren't intending to stay very long anyway. When we went back to car (15 minutes later) we had already received a parking fine. At the reception they said they would take care of this but up to now we didn't receive any further feedback. Fingers crossed. UPDATE!!! The hotel reached out some time later that day to inform me that they were able to have the ticket annulled. Again, excellent service and a big thank you to the excellent staff at reception. Much appreciated.
We were here just for a short trip with three firends - sharing the same room. This is a great hotel in a great location. The city center (Gamla Stan) is quite close to the hotel. We used our (rental) car to get there and during the night we parked the car in the Tele2 parking garage. The rooms were standard "hotel grade". Everything you would expect - nothing more, nothing less. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The view on the Globe during breakfast was an added bonus.

United StatesThe location. If you’re interested in sporting events, it’s a perfect location, but it’s a distance from the main central city, so you’ll have to take a taxi or train to go there.
The facilities were really nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the shower having both a standing head and a hand held.

EstoniaIt was a bit cold in the room, despite turning up the thermostat. The shower drainage had some problems and water didn't go away as fast as it should. So the accumulated water flooded the whole bathroom floor while showering.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is amazing if you are there for an event in Avicii Arena. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The room was nice and comfortable. The beds were perfect!

we loved the parrot at the entrance which was the receptionist bird. it shows the company cares for their staff, nice to see. the games area around the restaurant / bar also allowed kids to hang out while the adults had a cocktail. there was also a good sized little mall next door for shopping.
