The location was perfect for visiting the match and business meetings in the area. The 24/7 gym was good and staff was nice. Definitely value for money.

At check-in we were informed that there would be cleaning each three days. When we had stayed four nights without cleaning, we asked for cleaning. The only thing that happend was that on the fifth day, the sheets were changed, which is the least necessary. The floor was still dirty (see picture) and the towels not changed. In addition, our requested twin beds had been covered with one big sheet. As for the room, some things were missing. There was no shelf for night things at one of the beds. No floor mat in the bathroom.

Loved the standard noon check out. Really helped us out a lot. We also really enjoyed the comprehensive buffet breakfast. Plenty of space to sit and lots of choices to eat and drink. Appreciated the long hours as well.

Bedsheets and towels were not washed properly - both had a lot of stains. Bathroom was dirty and we had to ask more soap because it was finished. Beds were so light that they moved when you touched them and very uncomfortable. If you want a cleaner to come and clean your room, you have to ask that the day before or you will not get it cleaned and we were not informed that when we checked in. And as a cherry on a top, they charged more from my card than the original price was. I would understand these things for a cheap hotel, but at that pricepoint I expect more.

Breakfast was very good, and the location is amazing if you come to see something at Tele2 arena or near that.

Lots of activities for kids and family, breakfast selections were stunning, staff were very happy to go above and beyond to provide support if needed. Overall, it was an amazing hotel and kids loved it

They only accept check in untill 00:00 so if you have heavy delay as we had, they will just not help you anymore. It was 00:30 and they did not not accept out updates arrival time or answer the phone. We had to find a new place to sleep at night in Stockholm while travelling with a baby. Traumatising as you can imagine. So do not recommend.

Room had a noise like it was a boing 747. I reported it but the noise only starts after 2-3 min so the maintenance people never waited that long and dismiss my request. AC I think it was and you can’t turn it off The cleaning service must be booked before 22:00 the day before but when you check in no one tells you so if you are in a work trip for multiple days you might find out that you live for the 3 day trip in a messy room . I have NEVER seen this in any other hotel .

The hotel interior is worn out and needs upgrade. This was a disapontment because the pictures don’t show it. The room was very filthy and the carpet dirty. There were drink stains from previous quests on the nightstand and body fluid and blood stains on the bed skirt. It was truly what downgraded the whole experiance.

The staff at check in were very helpful. The breakfast was good - not very wide selection, but fair.

Room had two pillars in it making getting around in the room tricky. AC did not work well. Bed was soft. No coffee in room. Uber finds it difficult to locate.

There was no toilet liquid in the room and I had to ask them to bring it. There were no tissues in the room. The room was for four people, and we had booked for four people, but all the equipment, such as cups, etc., were for two people. The corridor of the hotel was extremely dirty (strangely, garbage was seen in the corridor - I suggest that they find the cause to improve themselves)

The breakfast was very good and had everything we wanted. The room was a little clean. The reception staff were very friendly and nice. The speed of check-in and check-out was high.
