Breakfast has excellent variety of products. Room was large and comfortable with possibility to prepare coffee or tea. Location is just 5 min from metro.

Very nice location, few minutes walk from the metro station. Hotel is very fancy, clean, very nce bed withy well eqipped room. This was my 3 stay here. :)

The minibar is empty you should go to the reception if you need something.

We stayed at a "Superior" room which felt very basic. You had to go through a maze to find the room (up with elevator, along a corridor, down a spiral staircase and then along a corridor again)

Rooms were below average. Shower screen poorly installed. Water spills all over the bathroom and even come out and you can smell the moist in hall way and the room. No fridge. No safe box. No microwave oven. No room service unless you request as per their policy but they failed to provide any room service during my 4 nights stay despite requesting for more than 3 times. After I got so frustrated and complained in the reception they did refreshed the towels and sheets in 10 mins quiet good response time though.

Reception area is so beautiful. Breakfast were great.

The room was dirty and there was no chance to open the window to get some fresh air. The room and the furniture was quite old and uncomfortable. Felt more like a room in a school camp.

Very limited WiFi in my room (4th floor), no tea/ Coffee in room, very crowded breakfast (which makes sense due to a big Event) but the tables were located in Such a narrow area that it was really claustrophobic.

The horrible grey from the entire hotel, the outdated furniture, the broken shower, the windows that cannot be opened. It's like in the prison. This is a very expensive hotel for what it offers. We won't choose it again.

For a 4 stars hotel, they don't have slippers, bath robe neither. For a room service, you should ask them the day before and not the same day because they won't clean it at all. Based on our experience the reception must talk more with the guests and not leave them in the void during the check in.

I like the room, our request was granted and it's a big room for a standard compared with room here in Paris. So i really like our room, with our bathroom. The breakfast is excellent. And the hotel is near from the Centralen.

This is a big hotel with many guests so sometimes the facility can be overcrowded.

Amazing location with short access to the green line, 15-20min to center. Included breakfast with variety of choices and Avicii’s Stadium view. Biggest reception ever where you can enjoy loads of activities like board games and ping pong. Comfortable beds especially the extra bed.

The carpet was very outdated, parts of the comforter under the topper mattress was ripped. Light mould in the bathroom. I was on the sixth floor. Seems like my friends had renovated rooms on the other floors

A nice building and lobby. Chairs in the room relatively new and nice Staff was nice. Big breakfast area was good too

Breakfast till 9.30 I would prefer at least 10.00 so I can get a bit more sleep.

I like that check out time is 12.00 that gave me time to pack normal and I didn't have to be in rush.

Very good breakfast. The hotel is 5 minute from tullebana Globen, it's easy to arrive in the centre and visit Stockholm.

The hotel itself was stunning, everything seemed brand new, spotless and was fun to spend time until checking in as there are a lot of ways to kill the time like ping pong table etc. Amazing breakfast and we even had a breakfast with the view of the arena's inside. Location itself was good, nothing much to do around but close to public transportation which did its wonders and took everywhere we needed in some minutes.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, especially the toilet.. The bed was a disaster, i instantly got back pain after the first night. The matress was horrible and old, i could feel every spring, it shaked on every move and was very loud. Definitely broken bed and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel in europe, in particular the bathroom situation. we got a new room on the next day, because we couldn’t spend one more minute in the room. They gave us a twin room, what wasnt what we booked further.. They told us, that they were out of normal double bed rooms. The new room was clean and the bed was okay. The equipment wasnt that good as well, there was only one shampoo for body and hair, no conditioner, no body lotion, no tissues etc.. not what you expect or know from a 4 star hotel

The next subway station is just a view walking minutes away. The breakfast buffet was good

Very dirty. Hallways, rooms, all dated and dirty. There are little to no amenities in the room (eg, no paper tissues). AC was blocked, and the room was very cold - I could not turn it off. Small room, old beds, and above all: you have to pay for the parking (250 SEK for the night is more than 10% of the room cost!!!) - the hotel needs to address this issue - you can not redirect the guests to 3rd party parking!

Relatively close to the city (about 5km). Excellent breakfast.

The room was ok however the mattress was very thin. The breakfast was fine but nothing exceptional. Some hotel's areas had a weird smell...

The hotel is well located near to the metro.
