Super nice staff! We both felt very welcome:) The hotel is near to the city and the trainstation. The room was nice, no complaints! Storage luggage for free!!

A little far out of the way if you're travelling by foot from the bus/train/ferry terminal with luggage. A laundry service was offered, but prices were quite high.

Premium Room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Ironing board & iron was available in the room. Great views and a comfortable bed. On-site gym was neat and had enough equipment for a quick workout. Floors are all flat so no struggling with luggage. Friendly staff and a very nice lobby.

Cleanliness of the room and elevator

A cozy hotel in the heart of the city with pleasant service. Secure parking, very polite and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and very good air, temperature, and bed for sleeping in the room. Definitely recommend!

Really disappointed that the bar was closed when we returned back in the evening.

Managed to get an early check in, the room was a nice size and clean, car parking was convenient, staff were friendly, breakfast was good (not quite as good as previously when it was outstanding)

We were given a room with window facing onto a conference hall, a window we could not open, Room was smaller than expected, It had an empty fridge 😕, we stayed bed and breakfast, food was only ever warm not hot although there was a good choice, we had an evening meal only once, we ordered steak again the food was not hot if I'm paying for a hot meal then I want a hot meal, we were 2 adults and there was only 1 lounge chair and an office chair, we were given a room next door to the cleaning storage room which was quite noisy when staff were using it.

I liked that I could take my dog, The staff were very nice, The hotel situated facing the city Square was good.

Good business hotel in center of Helsingborg. Modern, well-designed, clean rooms and communal spaces. Parking garage below the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was professional and friendly, reception always staffed. Attracted mostly business travellers when I stayed there.

The second time here, and it's still one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. A comfortable room, friendly hotel staff. There's a very good lobby bar with the great lad shaking drinks.

the air condition is really bad!! you cannot set a temperature nor can you adjust the speed of the fan. it’s an automated system. we adjusted the AC to -3 but still it was very hot and stuffy. an additional evidence for that poor AC was the dusty atmosphere. we asked the reception to check the AC and they confirmed us that it was working properly. unfortunately you are also not able to open the windows. we had two rooms and it was exact the same condition there… we stayed there in June and the floor heating in the bathroom was still working and you were not able to shut it down. this made our stay not pleasant unfortunately. you guys really need to fix that! beside that there was no holder for the shower Geld and shampoo in the shower and this was even the case in the superior room.

There was nothing not to like.

The staff was friendly and handed us a little map with suggested walks through town. The hotel is located nicely near the shoreline and the parks and shopping streets. The room was tidy and relatively large for a 'standard' room.

Now I'm being nit-picky , I didn't like the carpets in the hotel.

The room was alright. A classic corporative design, with all what a hotel with such name should have. I liked the hotel lobby and the breakfast was good.
