The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with lots of different choices. The hotel even had bikes to use for free. The hotel is in an ideal location for walking to the city center. All the front desk staff we were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As someone from the middle east I can't bear the low temperature, I was surprised that the room temperature can just be adjusted 2 degrees above or below! That made my nights colder than it should be and was really inconvenient. The room service comes to the room every 3rd day ! Despite that the trash is cleaned daily but still I would like to have fresh towels everyday . Not enough illumination at the room. Anyway, despite the big name I guess I will change the hotel next time

When we booked the hotel, it said that included breakfast, but when we checked in, it did not have. We are three persons, I am single and the others are couple. We paid 1700SEK for single room, and 2300SEK for a room for the couple. But the two rooms are both small and look like some. So we paid more than 4000SEK for two small rooms without breakfast. It is not worth when compared with other hotels in Sweden

It was so cold in the whole hotel and room because of bad adjusted aircondition, that we got sick (cold) as we got home. I informed the reception about i at our stay, but they were not able to do anything about it.

If the cushion chairs are occupied during breakfast, you would have to sit on the regular chairs which are not comfortable, especially if you have back pains.

We really enjoyed the incredible breakfast. Great staff! The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located close to the central station.

We got a room with a window facing the conference area. Not outside. I can hardly imagine that the hotel was fully booked at this time, so that was a bit disappointing. It was also a bit disconcerting to see a big burn mark in the carpet leading up to our room. It can hardly cost that much to repair that patch. One of the outlets in our room didn't work, and there were quite a lot of dust behind one chair where the unplugged lamp was. The television had a volume cap at 20, so it was extremely hard to hear anything - we had to switch to the laptop to watch anything. The rooms were very well sound proofed.

The breakfast was really good - a tid bit crowded, but this was on a weekend, so maybe expected.

Reception was uninterested when we arrived an hour early. No offer to store our cases and estimate when room would be ready. Car parking entrance very narrow. Parked in a hotel space, and although they are not numbered was told to move to another floor. What made the stay memorable in a wrong way was a truly awful meal in the restaurant, virtually inedible. Wine list odd too, really needed one lighter wine like a Beaujolais. Staff in restaurant very helpful and kind.

We appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness. We had the best breakfast ever, with options for everyone. Great location in walking distance to center and harbor. Very comfy room and comfortable bed.
