Absolutely beautiful! Such a warm welcome and excellent customer service! Room was very comfortable and clean. Had dog beds, bowls and little treats for the dogs. Such a lovely touch!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Parking was underneath the hotel

Location so so in the less fashionable part of town. Not very service minded staff in the reception. Terrible menu. Drunk people and dirty outside of the hotel.

I stayed at 7th floor and there was noise above this floor and kept me awake. It looks some machinery was working.

I stood in the check in line, when it came to me the receptionist asked for my ID. None of the others before me had to do it. I told the guy that I stay at hotels around 40 days an year in Sweden and no one has ever asked me for my ID. The guy just shrugged his shoulders, perhaps passive racism? There are hidden charges, when you book the room, breakfast is not included, many people in the qeue were surprised about this and had to pay an extra 199 SEK to have breakfast.

The hotel was placed central in the city and they had a parking in the same building.

I wish I had read in one of the reviews that this hotel is everything you expect and much more. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. It is much nicer than in the pictures and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is such that we were not hungry all day, The location is more than good, in other words, you won't regret it or make a mistake, the price-quality ratio is commendable, for the price of a night in top quality beds with breakfast, we had dinner in the city. really good price for what they offer. In the bathroom, which is very clean, there was enough of everything except slippers, but you don't need them because they heat the floor. The kind receptionists gave us a gift as a souvenir and we will always come back here. For breakfast, ginger and turmeric shots were a special surprise I have no words for how delighted we are. this was my birthday present to my boyfriend and it's worth every cent! warm recommendation!!!

Parking was not free. I told it would be 100SEK but then told that price only started the day *after* and I was charge 190SEK instead. The restaurant was being renovated and the entire downstairs STANK of wood varnish. I can still smell it. Absolutely awful. It was re-applied several times during my 1 night stay. The temperature controller in the room has a bright screen that you can't turn off. Breakfast was obviously sitting out for a while before I arrived and was bland and barely warm. Awful coffee (but they did have Oat Milk).

The room was quiet and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. TV has HDMI so you can use a dongle. Wifi was free (but unprotected so needed to use a VPN). Check out was fast.

I can't say I didn't like because we might just have had bad luck on this occasion. I stayed in this hotel before and had the breakfast this time even the eggs on order came out cold and they didn't have the assortment of breakfast bread the normal have it was not as good as usual . Also we had dinner once at Nellys resturant and that was very disappointing

I like the front reception staff very efficient and friendly . I also liked the fact the answers emails very quickly and do their best to help you out Very comfortable sitting in the reception area and bar to relax and comfortable

Bathroom sink got clogged, but it happens :-) One of the two elevators was out of service creating a queue. You had to walk across the hotel and switch elevators in order to access the room from the garage which meant a hassle for getting all the luggage upstairs.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic large rooms. Super-comfy beds. Outstanding breakfast with great variety and quality. The dinner at their restaurant was also very nice.
