Comfy bed, good cosmetics in the shower room. Breakfast is super variated and really tasty. Fresh bread, freshly squeezed juice. Location was perfect (for a concert at filmstudion)

The cleanliness could be much better, especially in the bathroom, and the rooms would deserve a small reconstruction.

Breakfast at this hotel is absolutely amazing, that is the reason for why we keep coming back.

Quite crowded during breakfast, staff could clean tables more often. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options. Also, the spa was too crowded even though you need to book slots.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice comfortable rooms. Good location north of the city in newly constructed Lindholmen. Downtown is a 5 minute ferry ride away. Restaurant and bar have small but good menu.

When I checked in, the place looked great—but the details could have been better. There were some big spider webs in the room, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap weren’t refilled, so I had to ask a staff member the next day to take care of it. Not a dealbreaker, but small things like this make a difference. Hope they improve it!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home—always ready to help without being over the top. The gym had everything I needed, and the spa? Definitely the highlight. Nothing beats unwinding there after a long day. Would definitely go back! The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options, just would like to point out that it is PACKED from the moment it opens until its closing time.

The location of the hotel is great although is it across the river, but it very well connected with public transport. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The facilities were included in the price and it was very pleasing experience. The breakfast was amazing, variety of food and drinks, and everything was fresh and warm. Also, kudos to personnel who were very welcoming and gave us detailed answers for every question we had.

Missed warm eggs,warm bacon. «Scrambeld» eggs. An the omelett? Well , these things were placed in a hot plate, even though, it was not to be mentonied as warm.

One night the restaurant was totally taken by a big party: no possible to have dinner. I would say this is not correct, for hotel guests.
