Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Customer service after the stay .. I still have issues with the money frozen on my credit card from this hotel. Room is payed and money got deducted but frozen amount didn’t get released afterwards. So basically another room charge is still blocked. Contacting the customer service takes ages to receive a reply. My stay is longer than 2 weeks ago and this issues is still not solved.

Transaction. The inquiries were unsatisfactory and they had no experience in dealing with customers. Exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, and the breakfast owner asked me in the morning to pay for breakfast. No invoice or receipt.

Rooms are peculiarly designed, low quality furniture, carpeted, and poorly lit. Beds are too soft. Showers are not closed off so cool air keeps hitting you.

It was dirty, the furniture in the dining room was covered in food as were the soft furnishings in our bedroom. The bedroom looked very dated and the tv could not be accessed to the hotel settings programme.

Cleaners need checking it was not great only black two females were great they cleaned and did they job great but the article female with the vail. We had to clean our room ourselves not great at all.

Bedroom was in poor state and needed updating. Poor lighting. The room felt like an old office space that had recieved a slight makeover that didn't go far enough. Asked for an additional towel as only had one to share and it never arrived.....

Leaving.
The Roma in the hotel are large, well provided for, with kettle, hair dryer, soaps etc. plenty of space away from the beds and reasonable city views. Breakfast is well catered for. The hotel is well staffed and the staff are on the ball. But not just doing their job, I stayed here twice and was made to feel welcome and valued on the first stay, and even more so on the second. I travelled with a large dog and he too was well looked after. I would love to stay here again.

It is at most a 3 star hotel. The property is dirty and outdated. The ventilation was non existent, not in the room or the rest of the building. There was a strong smell of mold and drain in our bathroom .The breakfast is poor and some of the options were not eatable, for example the pancakes. Do not stay here.

We booked 3 supreme double rooms but apparently there was a glitch in the system so we were placed in conference rooms with added sofa beds. Very uncomfortable!! No refund was given, only was provided with option for breakfast and 25% off dinner. Expected much better from an establishment such as radisson.
