Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The first night was cold and please avoid taxi in Stockholm

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location is excellent—it is situated right next to the Central Station and is only a 10–15 minute walk to Gamla Stan. Strongly recommended.

Nothing in my opinion - we loved it all
Our room was very beautiful which made our visit to Stockholm even better, it felt very relaxing! Everything was kept super clean aswell and staff were very welcoming and friendly especially when we asked for some restaurant recommendations as we were interested in what a local would suggest! We will definetly be back!

Breakfast is very expensive.
The room were cleaned very well and they payed attention to detailes,very nice toiletries,I specifically liked when the cleaner also arranged the plush in the bed,in a sleeping space.

We had booked a family room, and even though we arrived late in the evening, the room was not ready. At the lobby was very unpleasant smell from the restaurant next door.
Breakfast is very good. Convenient location in the city, right next to the Arlanda Express stop.

It was a bit dim in the bathroom. Not ideal for make up.
Fantastic location right beside the train station (and the airport train). Had a bit of a struggle with the room - we booked a City View and the first room they gave us looked into someone’s office and a roof so no view at all but was changed when we asked. Small but comfortable room. Only thing we hate is the tiny European duvets that make you feel like the bed has been short sheeted! Coffee shop and fish restaurant in the lobby.

Uncomfortable beds and regulator on the heating.
The comfortable sofas with wall to ceiling glass views in the lounge bar downstair, the high level bar upstairs, the sumptuous breakfasts, the excellent location in the centre.

Queues at reception for checking in and out were long,

We had some issues with the shower but they managed to fix it when we asked for it. So that’s very much appreciated. You do hear the music from the rooftop bar if you are staying at a higher floor and in general, not great sound proofed. You hear people very easily, even when they cough.
Great location, nice staff and very comfortable beds! Clean and honestly, we had a good stay! We would for sure come back!

The room service menu could be more varied instead of containing only fast food. The windows do not open in the entire hotel, so there was a lack of fresh air.
The location is perfect, close to everything you need. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. It was a bit cold in the room, but the staff promptly brought a heater upon my request.

I was disappointed that the use of the pool wasn't included within the price of the room and there was no drawer / cupboard space for clothing otherwise I loved the hotel

It is still quite corporate in feeling and attitude. Prices at bars are too high. "Closet" space was idiotic, with minimal place to hang anything. Not enough elevators for so many guests (especially on a weekend!), for a hotel of this size in such a central location.
For a big chain hotel, there was still a small degree of personalisation. Bar on the top floor was lovely, as was lobby. Location beside main train station was excellent. Bathrooms particularly well thought through. Automated self check-out on screens where you could also split the bill was added bonus.
