TV never worked properly and they could not seem to fix it - but never spoke to us about it?

It stayed in the hotel for 7nights. Everything was okay. I had comfortable stay and the front office desk was very helpful. The best thing is the connectivity with the local transportation system. It was amazing. All public transport was next to hotel door. It is quite helpful for anyone who is visting the town for the first time.

The room was a bit small for two people. It would have been nice to have an extra chair so we didn't need to sit on the floor or in the bed with dirty clothes. There were fewer places to hand the wet towels after the shower, so we had to improvise using clothes hangers.

The location is perfect: right on top of the central station, you can get a bus or metro to any place, and fantastic restaurants are nearby. The staff was excellent, always helpful and kind.

Lighting in the bedroom above the full length mirror wasn't good.

The door to our hotel room was not put on properly so there was a gap at the top so we could hear everything from the corridor

We loved the location, and the staff were amazing. Our room was for the most part lovely and spacious, the bathroom was immaculate and brand new.

Check-in/out processes did not work in ”do it yourself” computers, which affected long queuing to front desk.

Location was perfect - not even a 5 minute walk to Arlanda Express to and from the airport, and close to train station. Very central and nearby many stores.

I had to pay extra for the breakfast and it was insanely expensive (320 SEK!!!!) for a few sandwiches and a coffee. I could have got a main course at a michelin star restaurant for that price. That price would have been fine to enjoy a weekend brunch, but for a quick breakfast it's not.

Two rooms booked, one wasn’t available upon arrival and we were left waiting nearly two hours before we could gain access. Curtains in our room were slightly too small for the window width, room was not in complete darkness.

Comfy room overlooking the dining area. Nice shower, modern bathroom. Top floor bar, nice ambience. Good location to attractions making the city fairly accessible. Excellent location for the train station - we used the Arlanda Express to/from the airport.
