We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything about the hotel was super perfect. it is next to the central railway station, with plenty coffee shops and restaurants. Room was so elegant and neat. reception staff were amazing especially the curly hair girl, who was more than friendly, helpful, humble, gave us lots of assistance and advises with big smile on her pretty face. She also made our wedding anniversary so special with some vibes; I could not thank her enough. I will definitely stay in it again.

We spent 4 and 5 nights in hotel, including breakfast. The hotel was excellent, professionalism and perfectionism were visible everywhere. The hotel staff were very nice, the rooms were perfectly cleaned every day and the breakfast was fantastic. We spent a few wonderful days here in this beautiful city of Stockholm. We are extremely grateful that we could be here.
