The pool was not free for guests, although apparently this is common in Sweden, plus the water was rather cold and hence, we never stayed long... we thought of this hotel especially for the pool for the kids so a bit of a drawback since there are no other playing facilities for families. The inner façade of the hotel was being refurbished starting early in the morning, make it hard to keep sleeping.

Location, location, location ! Just next to the train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants! Seems that the rooms have been recently refurbished with great, modern taste.

I didn’t like that it would have cost about $40 for 2 people to swim in the pool. Didn’t seem worth it to us.

I would have liked to have breakfast included in the price. The room was comfy but once you got out of the room the corridor smelled like a garbage bin. I booked 2 nights but after the first night the keycards stopped working and had to be reactivated at the front desk.

The location was close to the bus station and to the port so it was easy to get to the right places. The room was decent enough but offered very little for a 4 stars hotel and was not really good value for money.

The fact that it was under renovation and was noisy at times. Also, there was an extra fee to access the sauna and swimming pool, which it wasn’t clear at the time of booking.

The location of the hotel was walking distance to most places you’d like to see in Stockholm. The hotel has spacious room and comfortable bed.

Swimming pool is not included. Wish there was a connecting room for the junior suite and family room. The hotel was under construction during our stay.

The location was amazing. The junior suite can fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

No storage, we were there for four nights and couldn't unpack because there are no shelves and only a tiny skinny slot for a couple of coat hangers, this was a pain. Also, only one comfy big chair, two would be better, although they would need to be a bit smaller to fit in. Also, there was building work going on at present but that is supposed to finish soon I hope.

very central location, can walk everywhere. Right next to train station, and trams, and bus stops. Breakfast was lovely, but very, very expensive at 700sek for two people. The gym is brilliantly equipped and very modern. Our first room the air conditioning (cosy comfort) had broken so we changed, both rooms lovely

There was a charge for the swimming pool apparently. The sky bar wasn't open on Sunday evening. Scaffolding in reception and centre of building making inner room in our booking dark all day long. Breakfast was very expensive to add after booking room.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Central location by train/coach station and close to shop. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were welcomed with a really small room. We had to request and then we were moved to a slightly bigger room. The room was in 2nd floor which is next to and facing the street. So we had to keep the curtains on throughout our stay. But we agreed because at least it was bigger and the staff told us that the hotel is full. The hotel should consider allocating rooms to guests based on the number of days of stay and the number of guests. It does not give a really good "first impression".

Great Location to stay if you are in Stockholm. The facilities in the hotel is good. The staff if helpful, friendly and responsive.

Location,Location, location - Close to Central station and easy walk to the island of Gamla Stan (Old Town). Plenty of resturaunts within walking distance as well.
