Great and central location. Very spacious lobby and bar so we could easily spend time while waiting for our room to be ready. 12 o’clock checkout was great and even breakfast was until 12! Very friendly and helpful staff who did a great job to accommodate us during the whole weekend which was quite hectic and many people due to the Taylor Swift concert!

Was told I would have view of the court yard. we didn't. The madras was really hard. also we had issue with chromecast in the room, but it was fixed

Room was a little dark!

We got an upgraded room as there were some works going on in the hotel. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to all transport links and the central station.

We arrived very early from the airport, and to our surprise, we were granted early check-in. That saved our day and was the best surprise ever! The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a hotel close to the Central Station.

Very Good

The room with an excellent city view was provided to me . The room was completely quiet with nice soundproofing. The location was very good with Stockholm central station & numerous restaurant nearby. Most of the attractions are very close to the hotel. Highly recommended

The breakfast area was dark, most probably because of the construction work that was done.

This is a very pleasant hotel. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious, which is not often the case in Stockholm. The breakfast is copious, the staff very helpful and the bar at the top is really nice. It was very practical to be close to the train station and to the direct train to the airport. The neighborhood is safe.

The first room I was offered was opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding in front of the window, no fresh air, and no light, literallyimpossibleto tell light from day in the room. Who on Earth thought this was a good design idea? And who on Earth in the hotel management thought it was OK to rent such a substandard accommodation at a premium rate? If those rooms came heavily discounted and signposted while construction is ongoing, it *may* be acceptable. This way: bordering on a scam. Thankfully, the staff moved me to a room with access to fresh air. In the end, I had no time for the pool, but why is there an additional charge to use it? Pool use is standard practice in establishments of this level. It feels mean.

Location is second to none: three minutes' walk from the Arlanda Express and commuter trains, which meant I was 15 min away from the Stockholm Fair where my conference was, extremely handy. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff accommodated my early check-in and late check out and changed my room--I was initially given a room opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding: no light, no air, panic attack-inducing scenario in which I could not stay and they sorted me out.The staff in breakfast room are fast and efficient, really commendable and breakfast selection is excellent. Make sure to book a room with an outside view.

The only complaint is that there isn’t a proper wardrobe in the room, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel is at a great location, literally right next to the Central station (with all of the buses, trams and metro trains stopping there). There are restaurants, cafes and grocery stores near by. The room was spacious and clean. We have had some issues at the check in, being assigned the wrong room 2 times, but the staff was pleasant about it and upgraded us to a bigger room for our troubles. They were also helpful whenever asked about anything. All in all, great stay.

We stayed in the family room. 2 big kids and 2 adults. Sofa bed is very comfortable as well unlike other sofa bed experiences. The room is big enough to have luggages. Bar downstairs after visiting city and having dinner is really a nice alternative you dont need to find elsewhere to have a drink. And the location it is really in the middle of everywhere a perfect location. Coming from the airport it is less than 5 min walking distance. Old city is 15-20 mins walking distance. Shopping 10 mims walking distance.

Figuring out how to park at the hotel was very difficult and by the time we figured it out there were none left. The upstairs bar/restaurant was closed on a Sunday, and we were looking forward to patronizing it.
