Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Fridge was overheating and was worried about it being a safety hazard. It also made a ticking noise all the time which was annoying for sleeping. Also, would have been good if it worked and had a mini bar as I got in late and would have been good to have had an option for a soft drink and snack.
Loved the room, it was so nice and big. Very comfortable beds.

Convenient for overnight stay before catching flight next morning as hotel is right inside the terminal. Excellent walk in shower in their Premium Room which was spacious , light and airy with large windows and a sofa. Also restaurant food very good , both evening and breakfast. Would stay again.

There was not many choices for breakfast. It seemed that the hot and cold water from the sink was mixed up.

Blinds didn't cover full window which might be a privacy concern depending on where you look out to. If you do need to sleep in this would not allow for full darkness in the room. Our room was very small.
Everything you need, clean modern, room in good condition. Convenient terminal location which is why we booked the room for our very early morning flight.

I have made arrangements for early check-in (8.00 am), which was already on my booking.com app and confirmed by the hotel. I received an email from both booking.com and the hotel. However, the reception didn't have that information. This results in delay and frustration. I was expecting a smooth check-in because I was so exhausted after the long trip from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to Stockholm (transit in Doha).

The location is fantastic for connecting travel. I had such a friendly and welcoming attitude from the staff in the reception and the restaurant, it is a differentiating factor when choosing hotel

The room was fine, nothing fancy but absolutely good value for the money.
Great option if you have an early morning flight! The location is great, nice restaurant and good breakfast already available at 04:30 am.

Water spilt out from the shower curtain while I was showering, making the floor slippery and a bit risky as it could cause someone to slip. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner. It could have been nice if a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided

The staff were great in helping us out of an ugly situation. The taxi driver took advantage of the confusion between the similarity of names of two hotel names - Radisson Blu Arlanda and Radisson Blu terminal - and demanded extra € to drive us to the terminal. Thank goodness for the Arlanda reception Manager who handled situation and the driver had no choice but to deliver us to the right hotel.
