At first, the woman on the counter put me in an older and small room where the door lock is broken. I wasn't feeling safe. I requested another room, and I was transferred to the room across to it.

The location could not be more convenient. The airport mobility assistance team collected my husband right in the lobby--it was so helpful! We had good dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Unfortunately the place was not clean , the bath has lots of things that should not be given to guest of not super clean , I could not have bath because I did not trust the hygiene of this place , had some hair on bed that’s made me so angry…. I did not have a chance to leva as I do have flight to catch this morning, the receptionists were so lovely but did not want to stress any one as I did have my 2 kids with me , they were so tired after a a very long flight. I wanted to make a complain about that and I did took some pictures and I would like someone to call me and discuss it I’m more details

Located in between T4 & T5, so perfect if you have an early flight to catch. Very clean, comfortable and incredibly quiet. Staff professional & helpful.

Business hotel with WiFi not working is not even a conversation Super long time check in I requested at the time of the booking a quiet room they sent me thousand messages to say we take care bla bla and have me a room in front of elevator. Care for customer below zero.

While I booked a room with a runway view the view was of the inside of the terminal and the canopy covering the dining area beneath our room with a little bit of the runway. Bed was not super comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with the airline and airport operation. Was not expecting this. The room was quite and fit our need for a place to refresh prior to early morning flight.

The facilities themselves don't seem to have been updates in at least 30 years. I stayed in two different rooms - one at the beginning of my journey and one at the end and both were incredibly dated. Everything functions but it just feels dingy and smells a bit off. The bed however is proper which frankly if they're only going to invest in one thing at an airport hotel it should be the bed.

The location cannot be beat and the food selection at breakfast is substantial. The staff were lovely and the gym had a pretty good selection of equipment.

Fantastic staff, everyone very friendly, welcome us with big smile, give us handy disability bedroom without asking. ice cream for free. Nice sweets at reception, yummy 😋 bedeoom was incredibly comfortable. Matrees, duvet , pillows of high quality. Big television 50" in bedroom. Bathroom sparkling clean and a beautiful fragrance. Toiletries are very helpful, especially to clean makeup. To go to terminal 5 was just a few minutes, so we could sleep longer. No strees and worries before next flight. We are very happy with our booking in the Radison Hotel.

The location couldn't be better. You don't even need to leave the Airport. It is beautiful in the hotel and the staff goes an extra mile in their kindness and service! The rooms are beautiful and I had a great and quiet rest, no noise whatsoever. Very good!!
