Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Need renovation! Room not carefully cleaned. Internet Check In didn't worked, I need to check in on the desk anyway. Strange filling when stuff request your credit card as quaranty even room has been paid in advance. The card data not in computer, but noted on an paper sheet! Incredible.

Bathroom flooded after a bath but we were quickly moved to a different room which was good but unfortunately I was then unable to sleep at all given that it was 23:30 when we had to pack up and move rooms.

The switch for the electricity made it so that you couldn't charge your phones by the bed without having the lights in the roof on.

The room felt very very dated. It badly needs an update from the 1980s aesthetics. The other Radissons in Stockholm are much more modern and pleasant.
The location was convenient as our BA flight was canceled and the Arlanda Express to Stockholm had experienced an accident and was closed. So we couldn't return to our preferred Hotel AtSix in Stockholm.

There is a small step up into the bathroom. A real trip hazard. A design that shouldn't be allowed.
Room was comfortable and very quiet considering it was between terminals 4 & 5. Great breakfast. Handy for a quick stop over if flying out the next morning. Overall a good stay and room.

Dated rooms, very clean though! No hotel bar connected to hotel and this closed early in terminal 10:30pm

Great location for a layover. Friendly staff. The safe in our room was broken and the staff could not fix it. They moved us to a different room which was a better category and also gave us free breakfast for the next day which was much appreciated.

While seat at reception trying to help a fellow guest I was asked by the hotel staff if I was staying at the hotel. Worse this was shortly I checked in.
I loved my room and I will request the same room as I'm there for work so my rest is vital. As I was at busy period it was extremely convenient to stay there. The hotel is a 20' ride to Stockholm city train, by Arlanda Express Train. The restaurant was okay, I had dinner there.

Very conveniently located in SkyCity at close walking distance (indoors) to the terminal. Good restaurant and a gym definitely give plus points!

The door is not completely soundproof, so you can heat people slamming the door early in the morning. In some of the rooms, the bathroom needs a renovation.
Great location if you have stay a night at Arlanda: you don't even need to leave the terminal building. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, for a reasonable price.

old furnitures and little cold room/ i used the restaurant after this trip and after my last review, so i have to comment about the hotels restaurant, it should not in any manner be an institution that is damaging the good work of Radisson Group with its staff's uneducated attitude like those people called racism and segregation, those are criminal offences and must take notice of

The bathroom had an outdated bath. The eco friendly policies have promoted the hotel to reduce the water pressure and that’s a good thing but they didn’t change the shower head from a large rainfall one. The result is that the water falls on the edge of the tub and I had to wiggle repeatedly hitting my legs on the bath faucet to get my hair wet (no other shower option). And then there are re-usable shampoo/conditioner dispensers which is nice but no-one checks if they work… on the upside the bathroom had fantastic mirrors.
The location inside the airport terminal is unusual but works well and there are nice food options around. The room was comfy overall.

The curtains in the bedroom are unusual so I didn't manage to.close them and as Sky City outside the window never goes.dark the light kept waking me up. So, ... Close the curtains. Behind the inner curtains and you will be fine
