The dreadful soap dispensers: really difficult in the shower to get soap out. The dispenser is impossible to operate. Either nothing at all comes out or it squirts in a straight line and you miss it. Radisson can do much better than this.

There was no power plug in the bathroom (or we didn't find one).

Extremely convenient for late flights since the hotel is inside the airport buildings, a very short walk to both terminals 4 & 5. You don't even have to go outside of the building to enter the hotel. The rooms were good, we booked two and one was a little bit nicer with wooden floors while the other one had an aged carpet. Not as nice or modern as other hotels that require a short walk outside, but very convenient if you'd rather minimise walking around the airport.

Hotel is a little dated but most of all incredibly expensive for what it is. There was a long queue at check in and their reservation system had created problems. Not their fault but not ideal when you want to go to bed quickly.

Good beds and unexpectedly really good breakfast. It’s literally in the airport so best option for a layover or very early flight.

Location for flight, restaurant, superb room i booked this because of rail derailment and early morning flight. Beware Arlanda aport trains will probably not working for next few weeks so this is an ideal hotel to book.

Too light insise the room. I wish it could be a bit darker, specially when you feel to sleep longer in the morning.

Very convinient option when you miss your flight or when this one is cancelled last minute. Very well located inside Stockholm Airport, with many Food&Beverage outlets around. Confortable, modern and clean rooms.

At the check in time a staff member helped us secure a wheel chair for 4:30 am. In the morning the wheel chair didn't arrive on time. I asked about it from a staff member that was not present at the desk and she kept saying "yes" to every thing I said but did't try to help; she sounded angry as why do we are even bothering her with it. At this point yet another staff member steped in and helped us.

I stayed for only a few hours as our flight was at 6 am and we checked in at 9 pm. Therefore, I cannot really rate this hotel but it was extremely convenient to have the hotel wihtin the terminal. For our puposes it was just perfect.

The location convenience come with the downside of the price if you cannot book in advance.

I came for the location as the hotel is in the airport itself. Perfect is you have an early flight. Additionally, I enjoyed the friendly staff.

There are no signs in the airport advising that the Radisson Blu Terminal hotel is actually in the Sky City part of the terminal, ie that you don’t have to go outside the airport as the hotel is inside the airport.

If you don’t watch tv, you have no clue what you can order for roomservice! Put coasters in the room, preventing large rings of moist glasses on tables.
