An absolutely fabulous hotel.....Great location opposite the central station, lovely room, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, very cool nordiic restaurant on site at Noot with delicious set menu and really nice touches such as free tea and biscuits in the atrium. A brilliant hotel. Staying here enhanced my trip to Gothenburg. The impressive atrium added to the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a wonderful stay in Gothenburg.

Very good hotel in the center of Gothenburg. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, and excellent breakfast and a good loungeroom with a well assorted bar. Friendly and helpful staff. We would love to come back here.

Probably the fact that I got caught in the revolving doors when the roof feel down and the exploding noise and shock, no member of staff came to my aid or showed any concern for my wellbeing…when my wife queried the reaction the reply was “we were in shock “

Everything was fantastic

The room was really lovely. Spacious and comfortable, with everything you'd need in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. There was a huge selection and the room we ate in was very spacious. The location was just a few minutes walk from the bus station and all the shops.

This is purely personal taste: the room was too hot overnight. There were no windows we could open and the AC was ‘set’ to a minimum of 21 degrees 21.

So central: close to train station, bus station, trams and shops, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed a spacious room which was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. The Housekeeping Team is to be congratulated! The daily room servicing was superb. The bar area is pleasant and welcoming.

We got a room facing inside. As a result, there's no daylight in the rooms. There is no privacy. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. It was also noisy with the restaurant chatter echoing inside the property.

1. Great location. We came in from Norway and just walked out of the station across the road to the lobby. 2. The bed was very comfortable. 3. The Hot Chocolate they provided was very tasty. 4. Breakfast spread was huge. It also gets crowded, so plan accordingly. 5. The check-in staff was helpful and friendly 6. The gym is well equipped. It helps that it has 24-hour access. It has all the equipment and also a lot of trainers who are around. 7. All transport around the city is easily accessible from outside the hotel. It's the main junction stop in Gothenburg.

Good selection at breakfast. The spa was amazing and the easy access through the spa was such a plus. The suite was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Good location in terms of shipping and dining.

Whilst the breakfast was lovely each day the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold. This was despite going early or late on different days.
