Too expensive for what they offer, in my opinion. Many people sharing the same toilets and shower, some of them with many flies.

Good location, can walk to the city centre from there. The shared kitchen was clean and has a nice view.

It is a little way from any metro stations and I did not realise that getting there would be a huge trek down steep embankments with all of my luggage. Not a fault of the hotel but hopefully it helps someone to know to get off at the metro Mariatorget and walk down the main road as it is step free. Any other station is lots of stairs to the river side or super steep ( icy in winter) hills. I realised the hotel sent instructions too late, maybe make it clear well in advance not sending the day guests arrive.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. It was on the cheaper side of accommodation options but really the room was perfect for a short stay. It was so warm, my water view was wonderful, it was clean and comfy bed and I appreciated the use of a kitchen to make breakfast in the morning. Unique place to stay.

The bed are not confortable at all, the bed on top as no ladder and nothing to prevent a fall during while sleeping. The doors of each rooms are very noisy all the time from 6am to midnight. The smell of the toilets in the hall is quite strong, no air in the room, needed to open the window and close it at night.

The breakfast was nice, the outside between the 2 boats with tables and chairs is a nice spot to read or enjoy the beginning of the noght with the lights of the city on the other side of the lake. The showers are good and quite clean.

The room didn’t match the discerption. We chose the one with city view, the most expensive option but it not what we got. The rooms are not in the ship you see on the picture, but in the floating containers next buy. The rooms are still acceptable and clean, but keep your expectations low.

Location is average, to get to the main attractions of the city you'll have to walk a bit across some bridges. It's nice if you want the experience of sleeping on a boat, otherwise the room is really very small, as is the bathroom. Gets crammed very quick.

The room was very small, i couldn't even open my luggage. The room door like tissue, i could hear every single person passing by my room, and for some reason there were lots of them after 23:00. The bathroom is private, but to be honest i would rather had a shared big bathroom rather than very small, where you have to take the shower while seating on the toilet (sorry, but that's the true).

The idea of having the hotel on the boat is great, stuff is very friendly, very good breakfast and location.

We changed room because our first one was really not suitable. The bunk bed was so low we couldn't fit to sit on it and there was no space for clothes and only a small table. The windows were not in line with what I believe is current safety standards in case of a fire. That made me anxious.

Tiny room (to be expected), in a very poor condition. The power sockets were loose, the blinds didn't work, the radiator was falling apart, the bathroom desperately needed renovation and lastly, a faulty fire alarm went off inside the rooms.

The receptionist that gave me my key was not welcoming at all. The room I was changed to had bugs flying around. I did not sleep at all. Terrible and terrifying experience. I have traveled a lot and this never happened before.

You could barely see through the cabin window. The water level was a few centimetres below the window, and once the water came in a little. I couldn't sleep with the waves pounding loudly against the metal wall of the boat next to my head (Later the water froze, it became quiet:) ) In the bathroom, the toilet was flushable with a push-button, which was covered by the folded-up seat of the toilet, so it was often not used. I was disgusted to clean up before I used the toilet. The corridor and bathroom were cold (it was -12 C outside). The shower had cold water for a long time in the evening, I couldn't take a shower.

The entrance of the second floor is badly choosen. Everybody can look on the bed and inside the toilet of the superior room on the first floor. This room should have mirrored windows.

I would probably still book the room, but just show and tell online, that the rooms are not on that houseboat but on other "boats" next to the real boat. I felt a little scammed. Very few rooms are on the houseboat. Next to it are two rebuild ferries with tiny rooms - almost like dorms. (Also if you have the front room with the view, everybody will look into the room as they enter 1.th floor.) Rooms are so tiny that it is only possible to open one suitcase at a time : ) Possible to leave luggage but only until 15.

Good price at a fun location. Nice price at great location. Super nice staff : ) Looks like a great restaurant.
