Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The stay was perfect, we recommend it!
We had a lovely stay, quite an experience to stay at a boat. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a lot of light, very very comfortable. There was a kitchen, with oven, boiler, gas, microwave, coffe maker, very well prepared, so if you don't want to eat out every day you can just cook and then go outside to enjoy the marvelous sunset while having dinner for example. The breakfast was very good, it had a bit of everything. And the staff was very helpful, they helped us set up the TV in the living room to watch the Eurovision Final. We would come back without a doubt!!! There was a bit of humidity, which is perfectly NORMAL since you are staying on a boat, and there was just a bit of rocking, but nothing that would make you sea sick.

there is absolutely no maintenance on the ship. much is broken, moldy or rotten. it smells like sewer. the room was ok for a few days but it is very musty, dusty and not clean. the table in the room was broken and the toilet makes a weird sounds Every 10 minutes. the woman at the reception was very rude.
the location is good. in a ten minute walk you are in the old town. although the breakfast is everyday the same it was ok. shame that there were no croissants

Even though we were not looking for comfort as we spent most of our time outside walking around and going to the hotel to sleep at night, we were quite disappointed with the place. Bathrooms are really filthy. There was a small bathroom on our floor (my tall husband could not use it as it was too small) which had water leaking and it was always wet. There were more bathrooms upstairs which seemed relatively cleaner and not wet on the floors however lights were out and we could not use them either.
The location is very convenient, only 10 minutes walking distance from Gamla Stan. The room was just fine and could be considered if you are visiting Stockholm on a short stay and will not be spending too much in your room. There is a shared kitchen we used once and it has all the necessary facilities to cook.

For a good part of one day, there was no power in the shower
It was a very pleasant experience. Excellent service, the room was spacious and comfortable, the food is exceptional ! I would also like to point out that Chris Teale, one of the staff members, is excellent! Chris made not only the stay very comfortable but was extremely attentive, polite, helpful and with an impeccable English and fully understandable, which increased by 100% the comfort. Certainly his presence made the stay excellent.

There was nothing to complain about.
Probably one of the top places to stay while in Stockholm in that price range. Really affordable, 15 minutes walk away from the old town, 30 minutes walk from main station (taxi takes 5 mins). The neighbourhood is great, lots of cool places to see, eg. beautiful viewpoint in the park, many craft shops, secondhands with vintage homewear and cheap vinyls etc. Room is tiny but very cozy, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, full set of towels and hairdryer available. We didn't get to try the breakfast as we checked out very early (you can leave the key in a keybox anytime, no need to go to the reception). Nice bar with drinks and snacks onboard. For those with seasickness (as myself) - the weather was nice that day, barely no wind, and with that conditions the waves were hardly noticable, i could felt it but it wasn't irritating as it usually is when on sea. Highly recommended!

Rooms were tiny, bathrooms also. There was a bad smell coming out from the toilet.
The location of the hotel was perfect, just a walk distance from the town, restaurants etc. Beautiful view of you book a room with sea view.

It smelled kind of funny, but it's a boat, so weird smells should be expected.
I enjoyed the experience of staying at a boat. This truly made my trip more memorable. The location is excellent, as well. Really close to Gamla stan and the main station. When I'll come back to Sweden, I'll come back to this hotel
