Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe room was really tiny but I adapted to it and wasn't uncomfortable. I liked the shared kitchen which was big, had a TV and nice views of the water and city. What I really liked was being on the water. Staying on a boatel is really cool.

United StatesAs expected on a boat this size the space is small, but adequate. Watch your step and hold on to the railings.
It’s different, not expensive, breakfast buffet is available for a fee - cheaper if you book a reservation to sit down.

FinlandI had my own toilet/shower, but the ”bathroom” was very small. The only way to sit on the toilet seat was sideways. But it’s a boat, so space is very limited.
Clean cabin, comfy bef.

United KingdomThe normal cabin rooms were quite small with a shared bathroom. The boat also rocks a little when it is windy so if you get sea sick, make sure to account for that!
The location was great and the facilities were clean! The staff were very friendly and we upgraded to the captain room for 2 nights which was lovely with a private bathroom!

United StatesStaff wasn't super friendly. Beds are very small. You're not supposed to bring outside food to eat. Toilet could've been a bit cleaner, and cobwebs could've been cleaned up.
Very unique experience staying on an old renovated boat. Our room was nicely updated, plenty of toilets and showers. Shower was actually large for a boat with good temperature. Sink in the room. Nice, large lounge area and upper deck area with restaurant and bar. We stayed on the main boat, but there are 2 other smaller boats, so I'm not sure what their status was like. Great location. Easy to find.

LithuaniaShowers and toilets were only one level below so it was cold to go back to the room after the shower in autumn night. No insulation of rooms so you can hear what other are discussing next to your wall.
Great location with the view of Town Hall and Old Town. Comfortable bed. Hot water in the sink in the room. Radiator in the room was perfect as well as unique experience to sleep on the boat :)

IndiaThe WC could have been cleaner. My friend and I were promised cabin next to each other but wasn't. We were told that our cabins would be in boat II but it wasn't.
Phenomenal sunset and city view. We enjoyed sitting out, eating dinner, watching and talking.

Latvianoise isolation. In the night when people from other room came, I had a feeling like they are in same room with me, even they were not and they were speaking normally. And when someone open water - you can hear noises from your room sink. I stayed for 1 night and I was so tired, that for me it wasn't an issue to fall asleep. If I'll be the longer, this might be not convenient
nice views from the boat

United KingdomNo tea/coffee making facilites in the room. Common areas a bit rundown. The mattress was a bit firm for me and didn't have the mattress topper that so many other Swedish beds have.
My cabin had wonderful views over the river. It had a small double bed and a single bunk above and small desk. The room would be small for 3 but for 1 person it was fine. Good wifi. It was a 10 minute walk to Stockholm old town (Gamla Stan) and also a short stair climb up the cliff side to reach Sodermalm centre with it's cobbled streets, shops, restaurants and magnificent views of the city if you walked around Monteliusvagen. It was quiet at night although next to a busy road. The 2 boats were secure and needed a key to get into the dock area then a door code to get on the boat so it felt safe. I felt it was a unique place to stay away from the city centre but still in easy reach of the major attractions. Thai restuarant on site and other boats moored on the same quay also had restaurants.

PolandThe room is really small, but you should expect that. There is some smell from the bathrooms, probably the boat thing.
Great location: within few minutes walk you have two or three metro stations and from the boat itself you have a great city skyline (town hall, old town, churches). Good price (for Stockholm). Nice breakfast.

FranceRoom was very small but at least we had our private bathroom. The outdoor area can be very noisy if a group of people decide to party there all night and closing the window isn't really an option: Bring EARPLUGS!
It was clean, small but did not feel suffocatingly small. The bathroom was fully functional. Shower and bed were great. The view was fabulous.

EstoniaCabins are tiny, there's barely enough room for luggage. Few shared showers and toilets, so expect lines in the morning. No breakfast options included with booking rooms, can only be bought separately.
Good location, nice venue, great atmosphere. Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a place to sleep and spend most of the time exploring the city. Also, good food and beer.
