Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The wellness department can be used for 2 hours at a pre-booked time for a separate fee. The view of the factory buildings is not the greatest experience.
the interior of the hotel is clean and pleasant, the breakfast offer is plentiful,, the glass elevator running outside.

The hotel made a great first impression on us, the room was spacious, clean and modern. Sockets by the beds, and great air conditioning. Well-equipped bathroom. However, from day to day we noticed two small minuses. The first was the lack of a fridge and the lack of a welcome set in the form of drinking water. The second was that we ran out of soap, we reported it to the reception but after returning after 8 hours it was still not there. The lady from the reception saved the situation and gave us a whole container of additional liquid. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, the hotel made a huge impression on us and these two mentioned elements are just details. P.S. bus stop near the hotel, which will take you everywhere

walking to the hotel late in the evening was a bit uncomfortable. It was very deserted and we weren't sure how safe we were. Maybe clearer signs/directions.

Wasn’t aware the indoor pool was only a small spa pool for over 10’s that required payment - my children were really disappointed by this as they were expecting to be able to go in the pool. This would have changed my hotel booking decision if I had known before hand. No supervision or restriction for the gym - lots of children (sometimes unattended) on equipment. Lifts are terrible and there are long waits to get in one.
Very nice communal area, play area and facilities. Rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable and good amenities. Lovely breakfast available - great selection.

Dissatisfaction due fact that there was no sea view and strolls (which we highly expected) as the surrounding/outside is covered rubble with building materials.
Very good play area for families and the serenity of the place, the dinner was good and staff very welcoming.

Overall a pleasant stay and I will be recommending the hotel to others. However, the area is under construction so there are alternative structures to walk on in order to get to the place.
Everything was just great. The room was super, with ironing board and iron which I used gladly. Full body mirror on the wall was also very appreciated. The view from the window was lovely ans breakfast was good.

Would have appreciated a bit more information about the parking procedure. Such as that simplest way to pay the parking is to load Stockholm parking app. The QR code in the parking place led to confusing pages. Also took several tries and almost an hour to try to get throug due to a very bad connection in the area. We speak swedish but for those who don`t it is quite challenging.
Situated very close to the ferry terminal. Had to leave very early so the breakfast box was really nice.

You can smell that it is newly refurbished with the paint smell etc. The only downside for us was that the standard rooms don't come with a kettle so you can only get hot water at the reception. It was a bit inconvenient when my partner was ill and wanted to drink tea.
The hotel is newly refurbished with a very lovely Scandinavian-style interior design. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is a good size. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the communal area with cool seating and table tennis!

Restaurant and bar closed very early, apx 8pm. Prepare to use delivery food
Modern rooms and large brand new bathroom, exellent beds. Large TV. Good locations when going to cruise ship (3min drive). Got breakfast box with, when checking out before breakfast time. Pets were welcome and they got welcome present also

Turned out that the room we were assigned wasnt cleaned (the sheets were filthy, the floor was dirty, etc.)
The staff, the service, breakfast was also lovely! :) Overall enjoyed the quick help from the front desk when we found out the bed wasnt cleaned in the room we were given.

Some facilities, like tea/coffee maker, were not in the room, although it was mentioned in the booking.There was no telephone in the room to call reception.Bathroom amenities are limited.
The view from the room is superb. Good breakfast. Sky Bar was my favorite place.
