Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The four person room’s two “bunkbeds” were not designed for an adult to sleep In. They were extremely uncomfortable and narrow, giving me a back pain. It was also very dark not having any windows in the room. No washers and dryers so we had to turn to the hotel’s dry cleaning service which was extremely expensive.

The hotel offers views of the city. The room was cosy and spatious. Comfortable beds, good lighting and tasteful design. Very quiet rooms. Sky bar is a nice place to relax. A wide choice of food for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast boxes are an excellent solution if you check out early.

Windows didn't open. Seen this many times in other hotels though. Not uncommon.
Breakfast was excellent. Check in was slick and easy. Location about 8 mins from Gardet Metro and 10 minutes from the boat stop into town. Decent gym with good equipment.

For that price it is not good. I got a room for two and I was charged extra for the second person when I got to the reception. The room had 0 one-use utilities besides tea/coffee. No q-tips ear plugs flops soap etc. The breakfast compared to Århus and Oslo Scandic that I've been to, was very basic. The coffee machine was set to make only filtered coffee, the juice was diluted with water and very few options of food. Also no salmon
Room was nice and comfortable. Location was convenient. You could get to the center easily.

The staff were pleasant but not entirely helpful. We asked for additional information about parking, which they were not able to provide. Moreover, we arrived at 9:30 hoping to eat at the restaurant. Information clearly said the kitchen closed at 9:45, though, it had already closed. We tried the upstairs Skybar for their pizzas, but the staff were too overwhelmed with the number of patrons. By this point, the nearby grocery store had closed. With no other restaurants in the area, we were left hungry.
The hotel seemed recently renovated and fresh, both the rooms and common spaces.

All good. The hotel it's not central but very close to bus station. Some construction in the neighborhood but you could still walk easily around.
Nice spacious hotel, comfortable rooms, bigger than usual hotel rooms. Entertainment facilities for young children on the 3rd floor Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Bus station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and gives access to the city in 15 minutes. Close to a huge park.

The glass lifts and being so high. Lack of menu choice in restaurant (though burger was very good).
Location to ferry port was excellent. Take away breakfast was excellent.

Our room did had windows into the inner space in the hotel. Not outside. So the windows did not open. This would have been ok, but the air conditioner did not work as well. And hotel service could do nothing about it. So we were suffocating the whole night. They have beds that you can regulate, like put you feet up or raise your upper part and basically half sit in the bed. But the remote control for that did not work. No drinking water in the room. No tea or anything as well. Skybar on top floor serves no food, so you cannot eat with a view. And the restaurant is on the first floor with the windows on the construction site and road. And service is super slow in there, and menu is very limited, maybe 6 positions. Breakfast starts at 7 only, despite one of only three ferries that go from the port leaves at 7.10 (and you need to be at the port at least 30mins before departure). No way you can have breakfast, so you get a lunch box. And they had a lot of guests traveling - there were some 30 lunch boxes prepared on the day we were traveling. So they know people would benefit early breakfast, they just don’t care. And lunch box is very small, my boyfriend ate both our lunch boxes, so that he would not be hungry. And no coffee included, of course.
We were traveling early next morning and the hotel is just in the port, so that was comfortable

Well designed, you can really see they've put some effort into it. The breakfast was tasty and a good amount of choices as well. Also the view from the room was good! And thee room was nice and spacious.

Everything was perfect.
Perfect location if you travel by ferry - just a walk away from the harbor and about 800 m to the subway. Very friendly staff. They offered me my take-away breakfast on hearing that I will be checking out early. The room spacious, clean and freshly renovated. Amazingly comfortable beds. Very unusual design of the recreational areas which would be great for families with kids. The service even surpassed the price.
