Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was not clean, there was pubic hair (not one, but many) at the corners of the shower. The shower floor was yellowish. The wash basin was not clean, there was dirt in the corners, not just yellow from being old. There was an ugly looking toilet brush, which I tried not to look at. We told the receptionist about the bathroom. She was very kind and put us on the daily cleaning list the same day but the bathroom did not improve much for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was great. It is not close to the city center but 5 mins walk to the train station and 20 minutes by public transport to the old city. The staff is very friendly.

We approached Stockholm Central daily by commuting trains through the very close station - hence transportation is ideal. There are nearby taxi stands and bus stops as well. There is also a near food store (Willy's) full of special groceries. Close to the site we saw a McDonalds. The room is very quiet, everything is as advertised. Bed was OK (a little bit soft for us, but this is only personal preference). Breakfast was plentiful, with wilde sortiment of food types from continental to english bfast, also included swedish specialities like meetball, sortiment of marmelads and pastries.

The room wardrobe is a little outdated. No kettle and fridge in the room. Parking garage cost 276sek/ day.
Very good various breakfast, table tennis and table football for free. Few minutes to the train station. About 10 min by train to Stockholm city center. Ticket - 42sek/ 75min.

Some room of improvement when marking suitability for different diets at the breakfast. Many dishes just state the name of the dish.
All in all, reliable scandic quality. Large and diverse breakfast. Friendly staff. Reasonable and innovative ways of making your stay more environmentally friendly (well done) Location is great in the end, just a couple of trains stops from the center.

Location is good, there is a direct commuter train right next to the hotel that runs to the central station. The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

Personally I didn't like the mattress on the bed (double bed) - not comfortable when you sleep as a couple and it's "moving" all the time! Too bad you cannot open the window - it was a wonderful nice and clean wind outside! Unfortunately the Sky terrace was not open and we couldn't enjoy the 360 degrees view from the top!
Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with a great view (18th floor), very good breakfast, nice idea with the table tennis in the lobby! Great location, very close to the railway station, fast connection with the downtown center.

The room was on the 11th floor. So it gave us a nice view. Nice and delicious breakfast. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet place.

We had to hire coffee/tea making facilities, yet there was an ironing board/iron in the room? Just a bit back to front in our opinion, but at least they were available if we wanted them.
The location was great. A short train ride to the centre of the city, so very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and the temperature was perfect when using the air conditioning. Breakfast choices were fantastic. You definitely couldn’t go hungry even if you were a fussy eater, there was so much to choose from. Had a couple of small issues but after talking to a member of staff they were sorted in no time. Housekeeping was available when you wanted it, and in a time when we’re all trying to think more about wasting the planets resources, this all makes sense.
