U need to book pool before u can use it. When we arrived there was no more pool and sauna time left on that evening

The family room is quite small with very little room for luggage of four ppl, and there isnt a lot of hanging space in the bathroom for towels, etc. however you only really sleep there as the rest of the facilities are great and our kids absolutely loved the fold out bunk beds!

Great family hotel, it has a table tennis, gaming console and movie room, as well as a play room for the youngest, They have a small pool maybe 5x8m that you can book for an hour at a time. Our kids had great fun in there, plus an amazing breakfast buffe with hot and cold options, as well as a special kids table with Swedish pancakes! There is a good little gym to for adults if you get the time.

a bit late check-in and the soap/schampoo in the room felt a little cheap.

Location good, very nice with free parking, breakfast had a good selection and the overall was ambience nice! Extra plus for kids room, not cold in the room & swimming pool available.

We were unable to use the pool and sauna facilities because they were already fully booked up. You can only book a time slot when you have checked in and because of the school holidays we were too late at 3:30pm when we tried to select times for the day of arrival and of departure.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, clean and the reception team were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a great spread and I enjoyed everything that I tried. My son who chooses a vegan diet also had plenty of options.

Very good breakfast with nice vegan options. A special fridge with cheese, milk, yogurt, and other vegan items. Also, it's possible to request vegan pancakes in the kitchen. For kids, there is small playroom at the lobby.

Location not close to station. Breakfast was not refilled. Staff members took out the things that got finished mid way. There is a booking needed for breakfast but what’s the point. No one checks, everyone comes at different time the Booked and doesn’t leave.

The fact that booking room cleaning was not straight forward, my booking did not go through the hotel system even when I got a confirmation message. Hotel then fixed this after I called them.

Room cleaning has to apply one day in advance. Coffee during the work week remind me my student time: fresh coffee from yesterday. Breakfast without any fish.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but limited by the policy's from Scandic Hotel group.

The lady in charge of front desk was extremely rude and even gave me the perception of racist. The way she a dressed my son and my husband was rude and Arrogant. She has black thick glasses.

The breakfast! Area where the food was was very dark somewhat difficult to read "labels" so one would know what was on the table. No coffee selection. The bacon was not fried, it was "cremated".

Small and dirty dressing room and pool. One family with two kids occupies the whole space so difficult also to feel that there’s room for More people. Maybe a booking system? Breakfast was great. Dinner not so much unfortunately. My daughter could hardly chew the chicken nuggets which were cold and rubbery. Cold fries. My meat was also very hard to chew and I fought long and hard. But staff was friendly, and place was cozy

Very rude staff, unclean, cold, no extra blanket, the beds were not made. Too dirty everything, stains overall including toilet & shower. The room smells bad and freezing. They didn’t serve enough blanket for three of us. Luckily we got our bed with us and went to our caravan, picked blanket of our own.
