SwedenStaff should give a little more information about the room. Example: we need to plugg in the heater and tv/lamp ourselves. Room was very cold when we came back at 11 pm. After started the heater, it took almost 1 hour to feel warm in the room.
Very good location, close to subway. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard but good enough.

Great location - 20 min walk to ‘centre’ however it is a lovely walk through vibrant streets with shops and cafes. Room was small but to be expected at such cheap price. Plenty of room for 2 people. Breakfast was good. Overall great value for money and perfect if looking for cheaper option.

TurkeyThe room was in the basement and there was no internet connection. I saw that the score was low but I wanted to give it a chance. But it was a really bad experience. There are no windows in the rooms and it is very depressing. There is no hair dryer. There are no sockets next to the bed. The location is very far from the center. Maybe with a little renovation, a very different accommodation can be made. for example; If a hair dryer is expensive in every room, an informative notice can be placed and a loaner can be barrow from the reception. Multiple sockets can be installed. Lighting or beautiful posters can be hung to save the room from that depressive atmosphere. The sheets do not look clean in grey also could be place lovely sheets as well.
The breakfast was quite sufficient for this price. the room was big.

United KingdomThe rooms can be very small, depending on which one you get. Also, do bear in mind that there aren't windows - so wouldn't stay for longer than a night or two.
The location was absolutely excellent, in the heart of kicking Skanstull. The hotel wasn't fancy, but comfortable enough for two one night stays. Staff were friendly, room was clean, the rainforest shower was brilliant and the free breakfast was very welcome. Fantastic value stay.

SwedenThe pillows and the mattress are a no no. The pillows are tiny and the mattress was old. I could feel the small balls forming in the surface of the mattress through the sheets. This made me feel unconfortable and wonder how clean these were. In the land of Ikea, this should be an easy improvement.
The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the subway and easy to walk around the entire Sodermalm island. The decoration is really cute and the staff is really dedicated and kind. I have read terrible things about this hotel and I think that is unfair. There is room for improvement but by no means is it the nightmare that the reviews try to picture. Keep in mind that you are going on a budget. Rooms are small everywhere nowadays. Try New York! Beware that the rooms are not fixed during the stay. I just mention it for passangers not to be surprised. I guess saving on this is what allows them to keep the good price. They do give you clean towels though.

NetherlandsIt was quite warm and there wasn't an ac. There was a fan but it was extremely dusty (overall the room was quite clean. The maintenance of the room wasn't great, the shower was leaking and there were pictureframes with broken glass. The fact you don't have windows didn't bother me for a night, but wouldn't recommend staying more than two nights.
The location is nice and due to a discount for booking last minute it was good value for money. We only stayed one night, it was perfect for that. Breakfast was included, it was a simple breakfast but nice! Again great place for a short trip.

HungaryNo window, although we knew that beforehand. We didn't get towels and a hairdryer, we had to ask for it afterwards, and we only got the hairdryer after the third time asking for it. There was a lot of dust underneath the bed, which made me sneeze a lot. Sometimes it was very cold in our room. A cabinet or wardrobe would've been nice, there was no compartment to store our clothes.
It was money well spent overall. The room looked great, modern. The shower was modern and great overall. The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. The overall location is great, the city centre is 5 minutes away with the U-Bahn. The receptionist was very kind. The community room is great, they have board games, puzzles, TV, and other things there.

United KingdomWifi doesn't work properly, the very small sink from bathroom was clogged, the draining from the shower was clogged too. No cleaner in room for three days, noone took the bin out. The breakfast time was from 8 to 9 only, so the small dinner room was full every day. The room was too small, the bed too. No window, no fresh air.

GreeceI was a solo traveller, and the room was very small and without windows, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. The other issue was that it was right in front of the reception and near the breakfast area, so I would wake up from the conversations and the noise outside. Opening the door with the room card also made a loud noise every time I scanned it on the door. Last, I stayed there during the week, and even though breakfast was included in the price, I never had it as it was only available from 7:00-9:00, which I found quite limiting and too early in the morning. The price was not too bad, but maybe not worth what the room offered.
Great location and an ok room for 1 solo traveller for 1-2 days. The staff was also friendly.

It was exactly what they advertised, a small room without a window. Nothing spectacular, but OK for the price if you are just going there to sleep. Not having a window actually helped keeping the room dark through the early sunrise in summer. Breakfast was ok, The location was very good.
