The location is excellent. A few minutes from the airport bus stop as well as all the sights, restaurants and shops. Good to have some single rooms too. The buffet breakfast was good and staff helpful. A delightful stay in a wonderful city.

Very early in the morning and almost every morning the garbage truck comes to collect the garbage at around 5 am. The noise woke me up, having the room towards the street. at breakfast - Average quality for the ingredients such as cucumber and tomatoes, which were a bit old for example.

Decent breakfast with the basic ingredients of a breakfast. Location is fantastic though, very close to the centrum. The room is simple and small, and I appreciated very much the big bathroom with heated floor.

The room was extremely cold, I only stayed for one night and it was freezing honestly, I had to take a hot shower to warm myself up before going to bed. The room was next to a patio with lamps that were on all night, so you have light coming in. Almost nothing to choose from the TV channels, it would be good if like other hotels, you could cast from your phone to the TV. For the price of the hotel, I was expecting a much better breakfast, it was just basic things, other warm dishes would have been greatly appreciated.

The room had a good size and the bed was ok, it was very clean and the bathroom had warm floor, there was a boiler and tea available in the bedroom. Breakfast was included and had basic stuff. I left a hat in my room and the staff was very kind in keeping for me to pick up a week later.

Nothing really, but be aware that the hotel has no lift and several changes of floor level on the ground floor.

Lovely small hotel with charm and character in a historic building but with a bright, contemporary feel. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the main railway station and very close to both main tram routes and boat tours.

Only temporary: There's a construction site next to the hotel and they start pretty early so you have to close the windows, otherwise it's pretty loud.

The room was smaller than we expected. I wish they had fresh fruits for breakfast than just orange and frozen strawberries.

The building next door is a building site which my room looked onto. Workers arrived early even on a Saturday and left lights on at night. I was up and out all day so wasn't much disturbed. Guests used a side entrance after 9pm, the door squealed loudly every time it opened and guests returning at 3am on Sunday morning didn't even attempt to be quiet. The in-room safe was locked on arrival and therefore unusable.

Location excellent for train station and walking/visiting the sights. Kettle in room with teabags but oddly no coffee. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was fine although it had less choice than my other hotel breakfasts in Sweden. The room wasn't large but it was big enough for a double bed. No aircon but openable windows and it was cool enough. There was also a fan.

The people in charge were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, good advices on restaurants, city, ...., luggages and they found a secure place for our bikes which is sometimes tricky. I highly recommend this hotel. merci pour tout David

We didn't get the heating to work. And be aware of the construction work (Aug 24) right next to the building. The noise woke us up in the morning. Of course that's not the hotels fault and is nothing that can't be fixed with ear plugs :)

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel looks much nicer than on the photos. It's lovingly decorated and gives a very warm and cozy feeling.
