Theres no space for guests to sit. Only in their rooms., which isnt good esp if its early.in the day. Sitting area at front..but u need to spend money order food. AC is way too cold in rooms

Be aware of potential bed bugs! My bed was packed with (baby bed-?) bugs. So many of them, that I decided to just stay at a friend's place for my second night, as that was truly disgusting. There are already other reviews about bed bug issues in this place, so I assume that's nothing new. Also, in my room with 6 beds, 4 of the lockers (with very noisy electric code locks) were directly below one of the beds. Therefore the poor guy that was sleeping in this bed woke up whenever someone had to access their locker. Finally, be aware that the check in timing is only till 9PM, which is ridiculously early.

Cleanliness needed much attention as there was no cleaning being done even after nearly 1pm in the afternoon, bathroom was dirty with noodles in the sink from previous night. Unfortunately there was bed bugs on my bed crawling on white bed sheet, I managed to killed bout 2 at night and again in the morning there was another 1 huge one. I brought up the attention of the manager n she was very blurred n not understand what bed bug is 😳 Owner was on holidays do I cannot speak to him n explain, front manager was from Myanmar n not understanding English too well 😫

they overcharge for everything, the late check in fee, the security deposit (100 SGD/USD), even the power adapter which they sell at the counter is more than twice it’s actual price!

One of the worst stay that I ever had in Singapore. Staffs are rude and this hotel do not give proper information before arriving. Even if you ask over the email, they never respond.

There's a S$100 deposit that must be paid in cash on arrival - mention of this in the booking would have been helpful especially since the front desk is only manned from 10am so if you need to checkout before that time, there is no way to get your deposit back. Felt very ripped off. The bathroom has 4 stalls - 3 have toilets and 3 have showers so everything is wet all the time. The toilets don't flush properly so the bathroom has a permanent odor.

The operational hours for reception was stated until 11pm. Arrived at 9:45pm after travelling by bus all day but reception was closed. Called many times but didnt pick up. Waited until 11pm+ and finally they responded. They wanted to charge me 10$ initially for late check-in. Had to argue.

I can't find any faults in them.

The staffs are friendly and nice. Kudos to the 2 beautiful Front Desk staffs, the Indian lady wearing spectacles and the lady with short hair.. And also the Housekeeping lady. In the future, please put name tags or tell your name so atleast the future gst or myself can put the names in the feedback section. I will definitely come back for a night or two. Somewhere in December.
