Walls are quite thin... I got woken up by neighbouring rooms but could be that I am a light sleeper.

Edmar, Cora and Jona were very accomodating - they are literally only one message away and you'll receive an instant response. The hotel itself has all the amenities you need, especially the washing machine + dryer! Room is super clean and that's a must! Location is super handy - close to bus stops, MTR station and surrounding restaurants and quick bites. I'd stay here again if I am travellign solo again!

the room was small, but we knew this when we booked. I guess it was a bit impersonal as it was all on line - but then the hosts always contacted us to make sure we were OK, so we did not feel isolated. I was a bit apprehensive about the electronic key but that was fine - I coped and I'm a grandma so don't be put off!

the room was really well thought out and designed with everything you need. the shower was a good size too. The on line assistance from Edma, Cora and Jona was prompt and helpful. the location is great! excellent value for money, would use again

It’s very tiny, but it was obvious so it’s OK for me and the mobile check in smooth and nicely organized. The only one problem -if you travel with no mobile Internet! it’s better to take care about installation of app and get all passcodes before you sit in the plane.

The hotel is in great location, close to everything. The apartment is small, but you have all that you need. Check in and out is online and very fast. And the best thing are the a people working here: Cora and Edmar to attend to anything you need at the hotel. And a big shout out to the online concierge Jona, which was available 24/7 and reply in a matter of seconds. At times I was not sure if it was a person or ai since she was so fast and accurate with the responses. Thank you guys, you have made our stay 10 times better. Cheers :)

As an Android phone user I did have some issues with the digital key at times and I often had to take my phone case off in order to make use of it, my partner's iPhone didn't have that problem at all - not a huge knock but could be painful for someone who doesn't have the option! We also had some rather noisy neighbours that were somewhat amplified by the echoey corridors, again, not a huge knock on the hotel but might be worth looking into some soundproofing (or less noisy folks!) Finally, the flooring in the bathroom meant that some water got out of the shower, not a huge issue but could quickly soak a bathmat if you weren't paying attention to where you put it.

We were a little unsure of taking a room with no window but it ended up being something we really appreciated after being in the humidity of Singapore each day as it helped keep the room cool! The room itself was quite nice with a generous bed, TV, AC, decent little kitchen and an excellent modern bathroom. We had no issues with WIFI and really appreciated the storage and fridge space available in the room. The staff (shout out to Loc, Jona, and Divina!) were super friendly, and helpful, going so far as to see how we'd settled and offering some SIngapore tips and tricks, and were easily reached via Whatsapp whenever help was needed. Check in and out was very easy and the location was incredible for getting around Singapore. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

I loved the location. You can easily walk to the main attractions and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The room was clean and perfect size for me, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the laundry service, which was very convenient (washing powder was provided in the room). Edmar, Cora and Jona helped me throughout my entire stay and gave me all details I needed. Also the digitalization (communication through WhatsApp and digital key on your smartphone worked best for me)

Nothing worth mentioning!

Clean and good condition of the room! Staff (Jona, Cora and Edmar) did an amazing job making my stay comfortable, responding super fast to questions and requests as well as sorting out a few practicalities with the room. The Concierge and check in experience is digital, but Jona made this as smooth as going digital can be - that is, no problem at all! Price appears to be reasonable for the size of the room and Singapore in general. Location is also top notch!

The property was really well located, easy to access and had everything we needed! It was lovely and clean! It included a double bed, air conditioning, a microwave and a big fridge & freezer which came in useful, there was also laundry facilities!
