Skylight in the room resulted in a very stuffy stay. Air conditioner couldn't pull the weight, so we were sweating most of our stay.

Compact, cosy, well thought out - featured all appliances we needed, plus a few extras. Free laundry on site was a blessing in disguise - Singapore is very hot, pack lightly! Staff, particularly Kim and Edmar, provided exceptional service during our stay.

The hospitality from the staff was amazing! Loc, Ryan and Kim had been very helpful and kind before and during my stay there. Clear instructions were given by them on how to check-in and during the stay. Loc also personally helped me to carry my heavy luggage from 4th to 5th floor. Overall, probably, the best customer service that I have ever got from all of my trips! My room was also very clean and spacious than what I expected!

The location of the hotel is really good. Center and close to many things in walkable distances . The room is a bit small but very clean and have everything you need. The stuffs were nice and friendly. Loc, Ryan and Kim were ready to assist and facilitate everything.

The apartment is located in the center of Singapore so you can get there easily from the airport with the mrt too. Furthermore the apartment is very charming: a comfy bed, air-conditioning, a large bathroom with all the necessities. There is a small kitchen too with a microwave and a fridge even though we didn't use them much. On top of that the staff is amazing, kind and caring. We had the chance to meet Loc who waited for us until we came to the hotel even if we were late and it was past their work hour. For anything you could just text them for anything from a problem to some tips of the city and they would answer immediately.

Given what it was I couldn’t fault it.

Even though this was a minimalist apartment it was a fantastic little stay with all the amenities you could want, quiet, very clean and everything worked. The team Loc, Ryan and Kim were great as was the digital access and concierge service. Loc especially was great helping out with guides, advice and sorting out a taxi. Being able to do laundry and leave luggage for a few hours was also helpful. One of the best self service apartments I have stayed in.

1. the location is very nice. clarke quay is one of the most beautiful and convenient areas. 2. the room was very clean. at first i was a little worry about that the hotel didn’t offer housekeeping even though we stayed for 5 nights. however, the room was tidy and it was also easy to keep it clean ( the hotel used things with high quality so it took little effort to maintain the room ). we had a good time in this hotel :D

I had a great stay at this hotel! The self-check-in process was super easy, which made arriving stress-free. Their 24/7 WhatsApp customer service was amazing and came in handy whenever we needed anything. They gave us great recommendations and tips for exploring the area. No lift to the 5th floor!?

This hotel was so well set up and the staff executed their jobs perfectly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kim, Loc, Edmar and Ryan. These team members are the heart and soul of this hotel, and went above and beyond to insure my stay wasn’t anything less than perfect. 10/10 thanks guys

The room was VERY small. Two people navigating around one another and the bags with the bathroom just behind frosted glass was a constant dance. I had to climb over my partner in the middle of the night to use the toilet because the bed is against the far wall with no access from that side. Singapore is EXPENSIVE. In normal cities, I would expect more for the rate, but I think there it is reasonable.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very responsive via whats app. We were able to walk or take a short taxi or even bus to many locations. It was on a main road, so very easy to access and to find. The mobile key worked well and check in was smooth...however, don't run out of battery on your phone! The free laundry facilities, including detergent were a great plus. They provide basic necessities like towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and there was a kettle (although no tea or coffee, so I didn't use it) and a fridge. They don't provide water, but the tap water is potable, so that was fine. We were able to store our bags to go get some food, and they managed to get us in our room an hour early, which was welcome because we were exhausted and needed a shower and rest before taking on the town! Check out was also easy on the app.

You have to download an app to use the key, that's a bit annoying and doesn't work super smoothly. The staff is very responsive and supportive over chat: maybe even too much.

The room is small, but functional. It has everything you need, including a very efficient AC. I didn't really use the kitchen, it's very constrained so you probably can't cook much. The location is very central, only a short walk away from the river and the bars/restaurants.
