Kitchen could use a toaster and a tea towel. Everything else was provided.

Brilliant location, I walked everywhere. The room was small but enough for one. Bed was very comfortable, really big shower with good water pressure, nice quality bath towels, good kitchen set up. Everything was very clean. The staff checked in by WhatsApp occasionally, were easy to contact.

Not much. You just need to note that they require a deposit of 200sgd in your card upon check-in.

Only stayed for 1 night for around 105sgd. Near MRT. Near food. They have basic things provided. Just remember to bring your toothbrush+toothpaste. If not, there is convenience stores nearby. The Kim, Ed and Ryan were responsive and Edmar fixed my lamp when I asked about it! Thank you. I liked that they provided a personal tub of laundry powder in my room. Handy for washing small things like my hair ties. You are able to use the laundry area during day time for free too! I used the microwave to heat up my breakfast. Easy to use. The toilet has a rainshower system too. Nice. Can't use it warm for too long cause the water heater tank has limited capacity. But hey, have shorter showers to save water! :)

For me the size of the apartment was perfect for one person however if you’re travelling with someone it could be a bit of a tight squeeze. However it is south east Asia and rooms tend to be on the smaller side. Also whilst I had no difficulty using my phone to enter and exit the property post being shown how to do so my Edmar I think it was challenging for many other people as I noticed some people struggling with it in the lobby. The mattress was very soft for me.

Clean,comfortable and well located. Had everything I needed. Edmar was very helpful with checking me into the apartment. Whilst I had compelled more of the check I my self he made the last bit so much easier. Ryan delivered my stored bag to me promptly and was very helpful. Kim My other hostess I did not meet but I am sure she would have been just as helpful The online support was very helpful any time I had a question

The location is really great. Very near the subway. The room was really super exceeding my expectation. There was a microwave, a large fridge, an iron and hair dryer. And the room was a lot bigger than I expected. The staff was very helpful. I met Edmar, who helped me when I struggled with the digital key card. Also, the staff was very responsive in What's app, which was really helpful.

The fridge made a little noise, otherwise the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being in the center of China Town. There is at times a little condensation that drips from the air conditioner, so be careful putting anything sensitive to water underneath it.

Everything as advertised, not being very technical, I was a little apprehensive about using the app but everything worked out great. Shout out to Ed', boots on the ground, and Angelika and Ryan whom I never met face to face but we're always there in the chat to answer questions. The bed was nice and comfy and I appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer.

The room was clean overall, but some parts of the floor were not cleaned properly.

The location was good. It was closeby the mrt and the river. The contact with Edmar & Ryan was superb! Because this hotel does not have a reception, the check-in was fully digital. The instructions were very clear and also the Edmar & Ryan were very helpful and fast to respond to any questions I had!

From the location, to the friendliest and most helpful building managers, to the comfort level, everything!!!!!! It feels like a home away from home...not like a hotel but more like your long term rental. Well equipped, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, right next to the river....All in all excellent decision to stay here!!!!

Very small room and the digital checking in and digital key on your phone was a total nuisance. Why they could not just issue a swipe card is beyond me. Then messages to award a 10 and praise the staff. Not happening.

Everything was great, room size might be a little bit tight if you travel as a couple.

Check in was fast and well organized, Ed from the Appartements was greeting me and was supporting with the electronic check in procedure, room size sufficient, A/C cool and quiet. Very comfortable bed and sheets, spacious bathroom. Location is unbeatable. Very pleasing stay, highly recommendable.

The Android application has room for improvement: it was not convenient that I couldn't switch to another app during the payment process - in this case, I had to start the whole check-in process over.

Perfect location, awesome staff (digital concierges Ed and Ryan), smooth check-in process (except some Android app problems), comfy room, soft and comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay.

The property was located in the middle of everything -- very accessible to popular tourist destinations. Maxwell Center, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, the Riverfront, and Merlion are some of the tourist spots that are a stone's throw away. Special shoutout to Angelica, Ed, and Ryan who made our stay comfortable by answering question and providing much needed assistance.
