The place is like the pictures, with a big fridge, cooking appliances, an apple tv, good wifi. It's close to all the attractions and many restaurants. The communications is all via whatsapp so pretty convenient and they reply to all the concerns and offer help for everything. Overall a great experience, I recommend it.

Very nice place, well furnished and ideally placed near Boat Quay. The staff, Ryan, Irean, Loc, Kim and Divina was really efficient and reactive when needed.

The bed was very comfy and the room had the perfect size. Although, I wished that there was some housekeeping in my room, it was overall very clean. The location was amazing as I was able to reach mostly everything by foot. There were also many food & drink options around - so I never lacked anything. The check-in was also very easy. Even though I arrived quite late, the team placed the key card for me in a box - so everything went really smoothly. Would stay again

The location of Heritage was excellent.The room was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. Check in and check out was truly easy and fast. Comunication with the staff of the hotel was direct throught out whatsapp. Irean,Loc,kim and Divina were behind it and they were very kind.We will stay again in our next visit to Singapur.

The bed was very creaky and the mattress slumped to one side; the windows were not openable so it was impossible to get rid of a slightly strange smell that was in the room. The location is close to a party area, so be prepared to get out your earplugs for the night (also during the week).

The staff (Irean, Kim and Ryan) were exceptionally helpful and responsive, communication via whatsapp worked very well. I was pleasantly surprised that despite this being an "online hotel" without reception desk I had the opportunity to store my luggage there after checking out. The room had many useful amenities, including fridge, freezer, kitchen ware and even a cooking device, and a washing machine + dryer out in the hallway.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to us. We wanted to check-in earlier and leave slightly later and they helped us with it. The early check-in was not possible instead they came and picked our bags from the terrace next to it (where we were eating) for storage till check-in time.

Room a bit small, especially the space between the bed and the wall. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor, so we had to climb one flight of stairs to get to our room in the 5th (and highest) floor. These things were minor compared to the benefits, so that’s why we decided to give a max score.

Super well located, literally hundreds of restaurants nearby, in less than 1km range. Almost in front of a 7-eleven, and many attractions nearby. Great SmartTV and comfy bed that helped us getting some needed rest. Staff super friendly, helpful and they even went way beyond expected to send my jacket back to other country when I forgot it.

Keyless mobile entry that took several (3-5) times to gain entry each time I left the building, at the main entry door, the lift door, and the room door. However, despite being frustrating, it always eventually worked and entry was gained.

Compact cleverly designed rooms with all basic amenities. Communal washing machines and dryers a bonus. Good tourist location. Only issue was with the mobile entry key. Took several times to get it to work each time I left the building which was frustrating. However communication as available online (didn't have to use), and phone coms worked too. Overall a very well set up, well located, clean and pleasant room.

I am satisfied. No complaints. At first I got confused with the way they number their rooms like our room was 104 but on the door it looks like this 0-104 but O got it figured out so no big deal.

Accessible to MRT and bus routes. close to restaurants and tourists spots. Clean. Prompt answer when you have questions.

Very close to the center , its took 20 mins walk to Marina Bay Sand .All the best view in Singapore . Its a high tech apartment . You never see any staff . only using app for key . Shout out for Irean , Mary and Ryan for support us . we have a very good trip . Thanks alot .
