Netherlandswe had noisy neighbours and you hear them very well. the automatic check-in worked well but if you have room 104 you will be lost anyway. no signs and at the end you have to go to second floor and then to the basement. the WiFi was a problem the first day but the hosts were very willing to fix it and they did.
the location of this place is wonderful. you can walk to highlights, near affordable food markets and more expensive restaurants. the place itself is small but everything you need is there.

AustraliaThe location of the property is AMAZING, I didn't realise how good it was until i got there, especially in the height of summer. Nothing more than a short walk away. Although the room was small, I knew that when I booked, but somehow everything you need is there. Especially positive was the size of the shower and bathroom given the size of the room. I was also very surprised with the low noise levels. The property warns that ground floor rooms can be noisy, I didn't find that at all.

The hotel cannnot rectify the condition and refused to offer free-cancelation, which means the hotel punished, forced people to pay for the poor Air Con facility that causes terrible stays of prepaid customers.

ThailandToo many forms to fill in prior to your arrival and you need to download the app to get your online mobile key. I didn’t receive the best price and didnt feel that this is valued for what I paid for especially no daily cleaning service. I am not sure if i will recommend this to my friends.

United KingdomDespite requesting comprehensive personal details on the online check-in form, they did not mention or request a S$300 deposit until I was stood outside the apartment block, alone and in the dark on the night of my arrival. Key entry is by mobile phone app and they would not give me entry until I had paid the deposit which had to be done whilst on their wifi in order to register the online key. I'm a 6'2" 16 stone bloke who's well travelled, but being stood on a dark street, in an unfamiliar neighbourhood, with my luggage trying to pay a deposit that they could have taken days earlier, having to use and expose to any passing mugger my £1,500 mobile while going through my wallet to find a card that immediately worked (my bank stopped the first attempt because they were worried it could be a fraudulent transaction as it was my first since arriving in Singapore) made me feel extremely vulnerable. I certainly would not be happy for my wife and daughter to be put in this situation and would not recommend this company for this reason alone. I was forced to use another card which then tied up to S$300 dollar amounts until my bank eventually cancelled the first attempted payment which didn't happen until I was back in the UK. The other concern I had was the exorbitant prices they displayed for any broken or missing contents in the apartment. Rather made me feel afraid to use anything. I'd be interested to know where they shop so as to avoid it!. And whatever you do, don't delete your key app or be unable to gain entry - according to their price list, they charged a fortune for sending a human to assist you.

AustraliaProbably more interaction with guests. Attend to their needs, especially for overseas travellers, they always need extras. Nobody around to ask anything unless I texted.
No breakfast or food available, basic cooking facilities available, however there was no extractor fan. If you cook in the room, there would be smell . Room was very small, not even any room to store my suitcase. The best thing I liked about the room was the shower.

Switzerland- There was no cleaning service (only once per week) - if you are located on the 5th floor there is no elevator
