Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and items were beautifully presented. The baked goods, however, did not seem to be fresh. There were Asian and English items on the buffet which made it nice for everyone;

Perfect location if you manage to find your way through the Raffles City shopping mall. Very clean. Huge room (upgrade? At least that is what the receptionist said). Large bathroom with interesting shower / bath layout. Would book again if in Singapore.

GibraltarThe pool area is incredibly out of touch and dated. Would not stay in the hotel again based on the lack of this amenity. It gets so hot in Singapore it would be nice to have a lovely pool area to relax and unwind in. Would say the pool area was reflective of a 2/3 star hotel.

Australia- Noisy air conditioning system when it powers on. - The reading lights aren't for reading: they are blinding! If only rooms had discreet bedside table lamps/light, maybe we could read. - More teabags with herbal options.
Very comfortable rooms, excellent central location for sightseeing and shopping, good gym, nice pool. Really made for an excellent stay in Singapore.

Why not reusable washable or paper? * Small plastic toiletries in the shower: terrible for the environment, why not refillable pump containers mounted to the wall? * Nespresso capsules in the room, aluminium being hard to recycle Check-in was a bit labourious. lots of typing, lots of print outs.

Room cleaning was done even though we left the room in the late afternoon and didn’t requested for it. It’s like the hotel knows when we left the room. Room service was fast and they always remember what was requested without the need to ask twice.
