Excellent, the rooms were spacious and ours overlooked the streets. The location to Hop-on-hop off bus stop and underground was ideal. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Upon early arrival, they stored our bags and we could spend time in an arrival lounge. Will give it a 5 star

I booked a taxi for my final day but the hotel forgot to make the booking for me. Hot water is not that hot.

Convenient location. Not so far from MRT stations and shopping mall. Just next to CHIJMES where you can find nice restaurants. Room view is excellent. Room is spacious.

Nothing! It was a 10/10 hotel!

Absolutely amazing! It felt so luxurious from the moment we stepped out the taxi and we were greeted and helped with our bags. We were early for check in so they let us leave the bags with them and allowed us access to washroom facilities so that we could freshen up after our overnight flight. The cafe was wonderful coffee and pastry was lovely and a great way to start each day. The room was amazing, so big clean with all the amenities. We even utilised the room service and wow the food was good! Definitely would stay there again when revisiting Singapore!

no bellboy for taking luggage and bad reception staff Had too speak to Ben but still have had no satisfaction ref the small car that was sent to pick me up from airport when I requested a large car

probably the breakfast timming could strech to 11am as most of us sleep late having a goodtime in the evening and so get up late.....yes the breakfast gets a bit rushed up

I definitely think that the price I paid should include breakfast. The room is certainly comfortable; however, I consider it to be expensive for the size of the room. I would have been perfectly happy if breakfast had been included without paying additionally.

Room was comfortable, and location was wonderful. I did not get the chance to enjoy the breakfast. I hope next time I will so that I can write something about it.

1. Don't like the view in my room as it was directly facing an office building; 2. Wished that the window is not blocked by the office table, as it makes it difficult to draw the curtains; 3. Don't really like the open closet - the sight of our clothes on hangers is a bit of an eyesore. Spoiled the ambience of the room a bit. I still prefer a proper closet with doors.

Very good location, love love the luxurious bed and pillows and the bathroom. The Nespresso machine is definitely a plus.
