All went well. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but we would definitely stay there again.

After travelling for the previous 2 months, it was good to have a comfy bed to relax on, Staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our 4 days there.

The smoke in our floor - level 7 and in our room. I didn't sleep because of the smoke. The hotel does not have a free spa pool.

no power points in the bathroom ! How’s a girl to dry her hair ? It was annoying having to dry & straighten at the work desk while my partner was trying to watch Tv.

The shower area was massive but the water pressure was low and I kept bumping the water temperature adjuster. It was a very minor issue though.

Great service, staff were very responsive & friendly. The room was fantastic and extremely quite. House keeping did a fantastic job.

The breakfast was a little pricey - meaning we didn't purchase it. It was much cheaper to eat out for breakfast in the restaurants and cafes around the hotel

Really good location, super close to all of the key attractions in Singapore. Lovely helpful staff and quick check-in making everything run smoothly after a long flight. Would definitely recommend!!

The hotel was poorly illuminated (we arrived late at night) and even the taxi driver was unsure about the entrance location.

would have been nice for the poolside bar to be operating but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience as we could still order drinks and have them brought to us

The only thing that was missing and we thought was a bit strange was no milk supplied in fridge. They give you tea and coffee but no milk. They supplied a creamer satchel, but that is not milk. eventually they brought some up in a takeaway container.

Convenient location next to Raffles City and City Hall MRT. Clean, spacious and modern rooms.

Central and strategic location. The room was super comfortable and spacious and we had everything needed, even a Nespresso coffee machine . The bathroom was incredible , with shower and tub with a view of the city. Stunning view on the Marina Bay. facilities are incredible ! the gym is super equipped and the pool area is very nice .

Can be quite hectic in the lobby, and facilities for freshening up if you get there early are not ideal (we were directed to Level 4, where there were no staff to be seen, and no where to sit/rest noting we were also with a baby). To be fair, this maybe a hangover from Covid times, and a shortage of trained staff. Hotel facilities otherwise decent.

Room was excellent, larger than expected with a great view. Hotel location was very central to shopping, restaurants and close to metro and bus. Also well located/walkable to many of the tourist sites.

1. The shower screen doors were not water tight and water leaked out extensively to the toilet/wash hand basin outside with our feet getting wet. 2. The aircond temp was fixed and could not be adjusted.

We got excellent service from the Concierge 'Warren' who was very proactive and attended to our every need and much more.
