We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were very helpful and did little things that meant our stay was very stress free. They had a no shoes policy in the rooms which made sure it was always clean.

BangladeshThe fixed timing of entrance. I don’t like this one. Because of flight delay, i reached your place at 12am and nobody was opening the door (as your reception is open till 11pm). And i doesn’t have SG sim in my phone to call someone. Then a stranger came and help me to call the manager to get the password for open the main gate. So I would suggest, when you get the booking, ypu can share this kind of necessary info to the travellers i.e. main gate passcode, room passcode etc. it will be great help for travellers as well.

PhilippinesImpossible to change any electronic device unless you have that particular power cable for Singapore…come on, your a hostel with international travelers! If you’re leaving early to make a transport connection…you probably will not get your towel or key deposit back as staff don’t arrive until after 7am

United KingdomThe mattress wasn’t very comfy and there were cockroaches under the bed. The bathrooms would get very wet after each shower because there aren’t any shower curtains.
It’s a good location with lots around, the temperature of the rooms was very good considering how hot and humid it was outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

PhilippinesNo lift. But the receptionist was nice enough to help me carry my luggage upstairs. I understand that the hostel does not allow slippers inside the rooms to maintain cleanliness. However, they do not provide indoor slippers and expect you to go barefoot. I refused and insisted to buy a new one I can use inside during my stay. There are people who are not comfortable going barefoot in a room shared by 5 to 6 strangers.

SpainThe price is unfair for what you get. There's no common area on the hostel, only a few chairs next to the reception. The bed is not the best one and there's people living talking loud during the night on the main hallway. If you only book for one night, is better options sleep on the airport.
The staff was really helpful and the location is really good, close to metro and many options to eat around.
