And someone was probably smoking in beside room or upstairs room (not sure), and the smoky air was all over my room. The ventilation was probably connected so the smell traveled to my room. The room is nice and clean. I love the pool area with open patio. There are also rooms for yoga or meditation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and other restaurants inside the hotel. Staff are very professional and helpful. They do have daily room service. The location is next to river so I enjoyed walking along the river. Very safe too.

New ZealandWe recently enjoyed a five-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Singapore and were impressed with both the hotel’s facilities and its convenient location. Our room was consistently clean and tidy, with housekeeping ensuring it was refreshed every day. The property’s pool, situated on Level 5, was a particular highlight—perfect for a morning swim or a relaxed afternoon break. The hotel’s location is excellent for getting around Singapore. It’s only an eight-minute walk to the Havelock MRT station, making city exploration easy. Being right next to the river also means plenty of scenic dining options just steps away, and a leisurely 25-minute stroll along the riverside will bring you to the vibrant Clarke Quay area. For a fun day out, Universal Studios is incredibly accessible too—just hop on the 123 bus across the street. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. Having a chef prepare fresh omelets upon request was an added bonus that started our days on a delicious note. Overall, our stay was comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable. We would certainly consider returning to the Four Points by Sheraton for our next visit to Singapore.

Our best highlight was the hotel had free fruits at different spots.The hotel location was great and we enjoyed walking along the river. The room was spacious and had a wide range of buffet breakfast. Loved they have kids dishes and cutlery. They stored our luggage for free after check out as we had a night flight.
