This resort made holidaying with a 4 and 7 yo a dream. Amazing pool for both kids and adults, fantastic kids activities throughout the day to keep them occupied as well as the amazing kids club facility at no additional charge. The inclusion of complimentary washing and drying facilities made this resort even more practical! The staff were so friendly too. Highly recommend!

It was all great!

Loved our stay! Beds incredibly comfortable, pool great (although a lot of kids so we kept to the adult only end which was good), everywhere was very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor room with access directly to the pool and gardens. I’d highly recommend this if it’s in your price range otherwise there’s a lot of walking!

We have stayed here 8-9 times. We love the location surrounded by nature (except the horrendous bungee jumping structure which spoils the view but is not the fault of the hotel). The food is fantastic including the option to sit indoors or outside. Access to the many attractions on Sentosa including the luge, waterpark and Universal Studios is by a short free bus ride. Always book a sea view room.

I didn’t like the service at the bars (neither at the restaurant nor the pool bar). The bartenders were not friendly, took too long with the drinks, and made them without any enthusiasm. I ordered two cocktails, and both were horrible. I ended up drinking sparkling water for the rest of the week. We also ordered food at the pool, and it took over an hour to arrive.

It is a family-friendly hotel, with everything designed with children in mind. Honestly, the kids had an amazing time. They welcomed us in the room with birthday decorations, a cake, and chocolates because it was my daughter’s birthday. The pool and all the facilities were perfectly suited for children. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind. The concierge staff was very helpful with transportation around the island and the city.

The service, foods, facilities were all very good. We have been to the same hotel 5 years ago just before Covid. We were very happy with the hotel and its services. The quality is still very good and even may be improved.

Everything was great. I think the cleaning beads to be improved. Our bathroom had mucky brown stuff in the toilet from lack of cleaning. Of course which was attended to as soon as we complained. It could also do with a face life.

There was end of the year concerts, music festivals going every night which was quite noisy. But to be fair it was clearly indicated on the website at the timing of the booking so can't complain about it! Everything else was great!

I loved everything except that we had to leave so soon!

The resort is geared at kids, the staff are incredible for them, the facilities are great for them, the "fun team" walking around setting up activities like balloon animals & mini golf is such a lovely touch. The concierge team were super helpful as well which is great when you are moving about and needing taxis and transfers etc.

The only criticism was that we saw one couple utilize seven towels on six lounge chairs in the adults pool area. How did they get that many towels and why was there no policing of two guests taking over an excessive number of lounges? This meant that other guests were prevented from using that area.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. Indeed, the house cleaning staff were exceptional in the service they delivered.

There were two wrong charges being added to my credit card at check in. It’s quite a hefty sum. I went to the reception everyday throughout my stay to ensure they reversed the charged. It’s been a week and these 2 lines were still “pending” on my credit card app. Gordon was kind to offer us free buffet dinner on our first night for the inconvenience caused but I do hope this issue get resolved soon.

The location was great for a getway vacation, but too far from the rest of the city for sightseeing or walking to restaurants or other venues.

The room was very comfortable - we loved the balcony with a view of the water. The beachfront lounge chairs were very nice and the beach umbrellas allowed us to enjoy both sunny and rainy days at the waterfront. The breakfast that was included was very nice - and the adult only facility was calm and appreciated.

If you are looking for a getaway from the city and family friendly, then I’ll recommend Shangri La Rasa Sentosa. A lot of family friendly activities. Daily screenings of movie nights… something for the whole family to enjoy. There is also an adults only pool.
