I think the toilet needs to be revamped. Before Covid and now, after we shower in the bathtub, the floor is always wet w water and we need to wet dry not to slip n fall.

I like the beach, sea view and exclusiveness.

The buffet at night even with a 20% discount ended up being just SD 60 less than Lavo restaurant at the top of the Mariner Bay Sands. The room rate for a basic room (jungle view) is expensive but it does come with access to great facilities for families.

The facility and amenities were excellent. It is great for families visiting Singapore with a connection to other activities on Santosa Island. There is no shortage of things to do or just relax around the pool. The staff numbers and attentiveness to guests was excellent.

Chairlift to resort world sentosa was being repaired the whole week we were here which cuts out one option for travel to the rest of the island.

Fantastic family friendly resort away from the “city” but still very accessible to all the sights. Highly recommended.

Despite the size of the Hotel it never felt overly busy and being able to use the business lounge for breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect for our special trip and the facilities we used weer excellent. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff especially during the evening meals that we enjoyed.

Access to the hotel late at night was difficult, the mono rail and bus service stopped running, so it was sometimes a challenge to get back to Sentosa Island after a night out

The hotel was really well maintained, it was clean, the room was cleaned every day and there was a good supply of toiletries each day.

Restaurant staff were a bit hit and miss but generally staff were good i.e. on reception or in the pool/kids club.

Great resort for little kids, my daughter loved the waterslides and we had a good room location on the ground level.

1. Maintenance work during my stay near my room, the smell of paint and sound of moving furniture. 2. The beach needs to be kept cleaner, a lot of debris in the beach.

room - I liked the tidiness and the ambiance of the room. location - the location of the resort was what got me in the first place, the nature surrounding the resort is breathtaking. Entwined with nature the resort just took my breath away, from the sea view to the lush green hills of the island. Breakfast - i enjoyed the breakfast overall, but since i am a picky eater it was more difficult for me to get the food i wanted.

Panorama Sea View Room was a great size given we have a very active little bub. Loved having somewhere to relax when she needed her naps, and the staff were so accommodating of our baby's needs.

We did spend quite a lot of money on food as it was more convenient for us with a toddler to eat at the resort

The facilities were exceptionally great! Our two year old was well looked after from the moment we got there. The atmosphere was wonderful and all the staff were so kind and attentive. I noticed a lot of background work being done by staff to maintain the facility aswell eg: painting maintenance, gardening , sweeping which really makes a difference! Even though the rooms might have ‘older decor’ it doesn’t feel dirty or old. The breakfast buffet was brilliant too and you could see the amount of effort everyone puts in every day.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing breakfast. My children particularly enjoyed the movie on the beach in the evenings. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend mini break & would definitely go again
