OK. 1 thing. We were initially located at the back of the resort above the loading dock which meant the first night we had zero sleep from the noise, but were moved at 6am in the morning to a room at the other side of the resort.

From start to finish, the staff at the resort were the most hospitable - nothing was an issue for them and all interactions, even in passing were always greeting with a smile and a "how are you"

1. It would be great if more shuttle services could be provided in the evening, allowing guests to return from the mall more conveniently. 2. The hotel facilities could use some updates as they are currently a bit outdated.

Firstly, we are very grateful to the hotel for upgrading us to a sea view room for free. We noted our wedding anniversary in the reservation, and the hotel thoughtfully provided beautiful decorations and champagne. This kind gesture left a deep impression on us and added wonderful memories to our trip. Although the hotel’s facilities are a bit outdated, we still had a lot of fun. The greedy peacocks, swaggering lizards, swimming pool, and sea view all added a lot of joy to our stay. The hotel's shuttle service is very convenient for getting to the VIVO mall, though there are fewer return trips in the evening, and it seems that there are no return trips after 7 or 9 PM. The cable car station next to the hotel offers a nice experience of crossing the sea. Overall, our stay at Shangri-La was a great experience. Next time, we will choose to stay at Shangri-La hotels in different cities to continue our journey.

The first bus to Vivo City is too late at 11am. Things in Singapore open much earlier. Many years ago when we stayed at your hotel the bus into the city (I think it was Paragon?) was very useful to have. It would be nice to have a guest relations desk where one can get information?

Room was great-enjoyed the supply of drinking water! Breakfasts were excellent-dining room was kept very neat and organised at all times! We ate dinner each evening on the patio and the food, service and just everything was superb...we so enjoyed ourselves. Great to have a free self service laundry-super surprise!

1.The beach is very dirty and looks bad. 2.There was a problem with booking.com when I booked this hotel, it charged the full amount of the stay prior two weeks before the stay. However, at the booking.com I chose the option where I can pay at the property when I check in. When I contacted the hotel about this issue, they couldn’t solve the problem.

I liked that the hotel is pretty huge and spacious. We are staying at this hotel for the third time and we really like that pool zone is very nice. The restaurant food has lots of variety and is delicious.

The breakfast had a great spread and was beyond expectation in taste and variety. Would highly recommend to try the breakfast during the stay. The room had a great sea view and my family totally enjoyed it!!!

The toilet in the room. WC was positioned in a manner that it was almost unusable for anyone of average size. Heh but that could be because we were in a corner room.

The hospitality!!! In addition to the lavishness and the grandeur of the hotel itself, the hospitality of all the staff working there is incomparable.
