Nothing to complain about and I would if there was an issue, as I am fussy. But no issues that concerned me. I am glad they are happy to see paper copy of confirmed reservation, as I am not happy with reliance on apps because I keep my phone in flight mode when travelling, question security of apps and data usage and poor eyesight to check small print on phone.

This is my 4th visit to this hotel. The pool is clean, great for before and after day out swims. Pool long opening hours until 10pm was the best to suit the tourist day of activities. Great buffet breakfast, clean room and clean facilities. Staff were helpful and polite. Bencoolen MRT a convenient 1 min away. And 10 minute walk from famous Raffles Hotel, Bras Barash MRT and Dhoby Gaut MRT on Orchard Road. All MRT stations are near Shopping malls. Yes, I would go back.

The staff are the hotels greatest asset. We stayed in a club room on the 11th floor and the extras were fantastic. The staff on the 11th floor were especially helpful everyday. Many thanks to Christina, Shalini and Loges who made our stay extra special. The location was great too.

The location is fabulous and I appreciated that the team were accommodating of our requests for storing our luggage before our flight out. They also provided access to a shower facility when we went to pick our bags up before our flight!

Great location, city center. Everything within walking distance! Friendly staff, allowed us to check into the room a little earlier than expected. The interior is quite old, but well maintained, everything is clean. After reading some reviews the result exceeded expectations.

It is an old-looking hotel, I have dust-mite allergies and this place was full of old-looking carpet.

The location is great, the staff friendly and while it is a no-frills hotel that it is kind of old (carpet on the floor looks ancient) the space in the rooms + service + location made it well worth it

The lobby is so pretty and smells really nice, check in was a breeze, efficient and staffs were so friendly. Location is perfect, very strategic only 1 min walk frim MRT (it is actually above the station). Room was larger than Singapore average hotel room.

The club lounge was mostly good although quite a small selection of food for breakfast, which became a bit monotonous after 5 days. The restaurant at the ground floor was very dark and dingy so we didn't stay in there for very long. We would have loved some poolside service so we could have stayed out there longer, but none was offered.

We had a junior suite, the room was large and comfortable. The mini bar being replensihed each day was great, although sometimes they didn't replace all the water which was a bit weird. The gym was good, small but well equipped. Nice outdoor spa and pool.
