Just a bit cooler air con, otherwise all was very good.

A great welcome by a friendly, helpful porter and check in staff. All the staff from housekeeping to check in staff were so nice and helpful. The room was a bit larger than expected. Clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was clean. The air con could have been a bit cooler for this Westerner. Even on max the room was a bit too warm, but they gave me a fan which helped. A handy walking location to Burgis centre and the shops and services there. A nice quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Staff generally could be more friendly except one of the porters named Jaya who was extremely kind, efficient and friendly Wi fi was intermittent especially in the evenings/ night

Excellent room, breakfast, staff, pool!! They let us check in earlier which was so nice! I really liked the location being close to neighborhoods, local restaurants and city transportation.

We stayed here twice. Not always the cleanest as there’s always long hair left behind, either in the bathroom or around the room. Bathtub could do with some refurbishment. Front desk occasional has grump staff, and the Chinese lady in charged of housekeeping was questioning why we needed extra bottles of shampoo when we requested for more.

The location was great - close to MRT, short walk 7min to Bugis area. There’s also a hawker centre around the corner and a food court with nice food at Lazada Mall (5min walk). Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Rooms are spacious and clean but bathrooms need a good dose of bleach to kill the mould. Nice hot shower. Staff very friendly. Great location within walking distance to train station.

The air conditioning was quite loud and in one of our rooms it only had one settings so could only have it really cold or off. Bathroom quite small. Very expensive for a small room but seems to be the price in Singapore.

As a family we had a good stay with interconnecting rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and that was enough as the rooms were quite small, but we spend most of our time our exploring so it didn't matter too much. The hotel is close to the MRT and easy to get taxi's at reception. Breakfast had a good selection.

The breakfast does not provide many occidental options or fresh fruit juices. Our room has three single beds, instead of a double with a single.
